The customer service was second to…
The customer service was second to none, Nadine, the sales person was Great! She gave us lots of information, listened to our requests and answered our every question with confidence, so we went ahead and purchased a bed to meet our needs.
Delivery was speedy and the two engineers who put the bed together were quick efficient and very polite and friendly, explaining and demonstrating everything, taking away all rubbish, respecting my property and leaving with the bed unpacked and fitted within 30 minutes, Great work guys.
I would highly recommend Dreams beds.

Kingsize Firm Mattress (Bradberry)
The mattress was delivered at the time specified. The men delivered it safely into the property as we were told they would.
The mattress itself was packaged well.
Once taken to our bedroom, we followed the designated instructions. The mattress was lovely and comfortable. Great value for money. Highly recommend Dreams Broadstairs. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

Great service and product
My experience with Dreams was excellent. I went into store to find out some information on a mattress I had seen online.
I was approached by Nancy straight away, she was very friendly, yet professional, and answered all the questions I had. She then guided me through the ordering process very efficiently, and explained everything to me, as it was my first time purchasing a mattress.
Would definitely recommend the product/store to future customers.
