Things not explained properly when mattress purchased
Not had any paperwork emailed to me and no one mentioned the delivery charge to the room of our choice which I am not happy about £25 😡, called the store twice and been told this will be sorted and still nothing has happened.

Dreams provided an excellent service…
Dreams provided an excellent service from start to finish. The showroom staff were extremely helpful and listened to my needs and my budget. Delivery was fast and the delivery drivers really helpful and explained what I need to do with the new mattress.

Stress free expereince
The guys that delivered the bed were really good and helpful. They helped me put my old mattress in the bag as it was really heavy even though its supposed to be done in advance. He also went through the care of my mattress.

TOP MARKS DREAMS
The delivery guys where fab...called to inform of delivery slot and that they may even be early ...they came in and where very polite and began bringing in the bed.
The thing that stood out the most was they put shoe covers on to enter the house which was very professional as I had only just had new carpet put down in the selected bedroom.
They built bed in no time and removed all the packaging and took ot with them.
Very polite professional and would definitely recommend Dreams.

The Dreams experience
From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were helped to choose the core bed and pillows for us and we took delivery of our bed on time and by two extremely friendly and efficient staff who carefully assembled the new bed and explained everything to us. Dreams also disposed of our old bed.
