Excellent service from Sidi at Dreams Bromley. He took a real interest in our situation and provided sound advice and after sales service. He made it clear from the start that we had to come to the right decision. We are delighted with our new bed. The team who delivered and set up the bed were efficient and answered all of our questions.

We have experienced an amazing demo on which mattress would be suitable for us. Marc helped us finding the best mattress which will be suitable for us. We were greeted nicely and served a drink.

Staff in store most helpful, delivery on time and delivered to bedroom as requested. Mattress yet to be used as is for a spare room, but have every confidence it will be good. I tried it in store.

It’s not everyday you come across someone that you feel is an absolute asset to their job.
Sid, our sales person in Bromley couldn’t have been any more helpful. He had the perfect balance of showing us what’s available & allowing us time alone to fully test and discuss each mattress, while popping back to us regularly in case we had any questions.
He’s one of those people that has a genuine warmth, smile and friendliness about him that makes you feel really comfortable with him & not time pressured, which always makes me want to leave a store.
I personally don’t think we could’ve had anyone better than Sid to help & offer us advice & also advise the pros n cons of each mattress we considered - give the boy a rise/promotion.
We now eagerly await our new mattress to arrive

I had a wonderful experience choosing my brand new mattress and bed base. Jason guided me through the process. I tried the sleep match machine to help choose the perfect mattress for me and my budget. Jason was extremely polite, helpful and very informative. He sure knows his stuff! One very happy customer.

Dreams are great. I bought a king size sleigh bed in 2012 which I love, love, love. The interest free credit options drew me back when it was time for my daughter to get a big girl bed. The staff in store were so helpful and really took the time to talk through options with me.

I had a problem with the assembly of a bed bought from the Bromley Store, but the staff at the Bromley Store were amazing. They visited my house within 24 hours and rectified the problem perfectly. Professional service and excellent prices

Had mattress for little under 6 months before it started causing chronic back pain. Was sold the enhanced mattress cover, but this is useless and should never be purchased. 2 years in and we have even worse back pain and had 2 assessments on it where natural settling was noted but no replacement given. Worst experience for a bed and mattress by far. Never ever base your purchase on the in store mattress analysis gadget as it’s nothing like what you will end up sleeping on.
