Dream bed
Explained what type of bed I had in mind & the store manager showed us options online, found just what I wanted. Delivery was arranged, then changed to a more suitable date to suit us with no problems. Delivery team kept us informed of time slot, bed installed & all packaging removed. Team very friendly & helpful. Thoroughly recommend this company

Great Customer Service!
Mattress purchased was of high quality, good delivery service and staff in store were friendly and helpful. After purchasing item in store I saw same mattress on the Dreams website with free delivery for £100 less. The company then kindly reduced my bill to match the price. I was very pleased with the customer service so would buy from Dreams again and recommend this company to others.

Burnley store.... Great staff, Very knowledgeable, Was not rushed into making any 'rash' purchase, Got exactly what I wanted/needed. P.S... Made good coffee.
Only real 'downside' is/was the quoted delivery time of just over four weeks, so 9/10. but still 5* service at point.
