I had a warm welcome at Dreams and plenty of good advice. The bed I chose was delivered on time and assembly was done for me. New pillows and duvet were part of the package, so I was extremely happy. Just loving ❤️ the new bed 🛌 😍

Bed was delivered broken the service from store was horrific and could t care less. The new bed got to wait another two weeks before they deliver and take broken one away.. Not good enough and delay is awful. Will never shop with them again

I've shopped at Dreams before and always found them good.
This time purchasing we were offered to try the bed selection program. It sees which mattresses suit your style of sleeping. So we found a mattress we felt fit us and a base that we wanted. Although we never saw these together. So imagine my surprise when the bed came and was made up by a lovely team. The bed is very high and I am only 5ft 3inch tall. Disappointed I wasn't told how tall the base and mattress are together. I have muscle and joint problems which I informed the sales man. It is very difficult for me to get in and out of bed. The mattress has given us good sleep but we bought the cooling gel mattress and I have noticed no difference to my old mattress. Warning to ppl to have the mattress you choose put on the base you want.

Friendly helpful staff ( Tracy ) really knowledgeable with no pressure and definitely gave us the right choice bed and pillows there should be more ( Tracy ) in today's shops

Excellent 5 star customer service with brilliant product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
The Sleepmatch can be used without your partner present as their details can be entered virtually which was most handy.
Wide range of options in different price ranges, easy purchase process, superb delivery and mattress and bed products have resulted in return of fully refreshed nights sleep. :-)

Salesman was excellent. Listened to what we needed and showed us a range of mattresses to suit us. Didn't try to rush us or push any one mattress on us.

Warm, pleasant welcome on entering the Caerphilly store. Tried out a few of the mattresses from the assessment, albeit, a bit out of our price range, the salesman was more than happy to work within our budget. Knowledgeable,professional and polite with no pressure and the complimentary coffee was a bonus. Delivered to date, given useful advice and leaflets to maintain the mattress. Removed old matresses and packaging, a smooth and faultless service.
