Terrible company
One of the worst mattress companies. 100 day trial is one of the worst deals compared to other companies who will just refund you the money if it doesn't meet expectations by the end of the period instead of exchanging for another subpar mattress they stick with a 95£ restocking fee. Finance team had a VAT turn around time on the order of weeks which I never experienced with any other company who were able to process day of. Recommend using a different company

Quality bed frame and easy assembly
We initially visited Dreams to explore both frames and mattresses, and their "Sleepmatch" technology was incredibly helpful in pinpointing exactly what we needed. While the mattresses were very comfortable, we ended up going with a different brand (Origin), but proceeded with a Dreams bed frame. The frame itself is high quality for the price and looks fantastic. Being able to select a specific delivery day was also a huge plus, as it allowed us to coordinate the arrival of both our new frame and mattress perfectly.
Regarding the delivery and setup, there was a small hiccup with the delivery team, but it didn't overshadow the quality of the product. If you are comfortable assembling IKEA furniture, you will find these frames very easy to build. On a final note regarding sustainability, the instructions included steps for multiple base types, such as a slatted versus a solid base. To save paper, it would be great if Dreams provided order-specific instructions or moved to a digital-only manual format in the future.

New mattress
The help I got at the store when I went to make a mattress purchase was good. Then the delivery team were pleasant , kept me well informed of their expected time of delivery. Changed my mattress and took the old one away very efficiently .
Great staff, great bedding, but beware of upselling my matress testing machine
The in store experience is quite smooth. Sales people were friendly and gave us plenty of time. The only problem I have is with their matress testing machine, which advised a certain matress but not the cheaper version that was basically identical in every aspect except thickness. The sales people confirmed it never recommended the cheaper one. The only reason we got to it, was because I did some research inbetween offline.
Planning a delivery and installation wen smooth otherwise. The people that constructed the bed were friendly and did it quickly. So far, we've had no complaints about the bed nor matress
I purchased a Dreams king size mattress…
I purchased a Dreams king size mattress after testing one for comfort in their showroom,however a short time after delivery we noticed one side of the mattress was not supportive enough and l feel like l am rolling out of the bed.
I contacted Dreams and they sent a 'bed technician' to investigate.
He carried out some tests and claimed the mattress was not defective and blamed the base was sagging,and suggested l get a new base, l have done as he advised and l am still rolling towards the side,which proves it is a fault with the matress.
I paid £1399 for this mattress and it is turned weekly as recommended. l am very disappointed with this problem and Dreams have not been helpful and will not exchange it.
I would also like to add my weight is only eleven stone 10lbs.

I am very happy to state l was recently contacted by Hassan of dreams who kindly offered a replacement mattress which will be delivered next week,l am very satisfied with this outcome and wish to thank Hassan for his understanding in resolving this.

Messaged to say what time they would arrive apologised when they arrived earlier. Put over shoes on without being asked just got on with the job in hand went over everything before they left. Worth every penny
