Nick was the perfect salesman! Gentle mannered, approachable, patient and knowledgeable. We spent a good hour in store walking round with our test pillows trying to decide which mattress was right for us. Thanks to Nick our shopping experience was stress free and enjoyable! He striked an excellent balance between making sure he was on hand if we needed him but also gave us space to make decisions.
I would definitely recommend dreams after our recent in store experience.
Our delivery was just as smooth with friendly and helpful delivery personal.

Very comfortable mattress at a great price

We spent nearly £3,000 and received a bed with two bolts missing which is to say the least unacceptable. The chaps that delivered it said they would report it and the missing parts would be sent. Several weeks later nothing from dreams not even a call to apologise. We paid to have the bed constructed, so we are very unhappy.

A good company to deal with. Easy to choose a product online and arrange for a new mattress delivery and collection of the old one. The delivery was made on time by two very helpful guys. They were a credit to their firm which is rare these days. I would always shop at Dreams in the future.

Everyone really helpful and no one rushed us when buying. The very best outcome is that the slightly raised head option absolutely stops my husband having sleep apnea and also snoring spells.

Salesgirl Evi was lovely, helpful, and knowledgeable and made the choosing, and details of sale clear and easy. The delivery men were also helpful and packed up the old mattress for recycling in the green bag as it was too heavy for me on my own as a senior with arthritis!
The Mattress is comfortable and lighter than my previous one, and easier to put on the flat sheets,being a mix of memory foam and other layers it seems comfortable so far and I have been able to turn it head to toe once already with not too much difficulty. It is a riser so may get the base in the future but I wanted my drawers underneath the current base for now, but have the option to get the rising base in the future.

Generally speaking I was very happy and impressed with the whole experience. In store things are always a bit tricky but the whole experience was pleasant and professional. Delivery was also very good with updates about when they would deliver and guys who delivered were very good to.

I feel comfortable in buying the mattress from your shop, they are nice and polite, I had bought two mattress, one double and one small double, but my daughter fell not comfortable as before, too soft for her is it possible to change a harder one ,we also bought 2 bed cover to protect the mattress.

The mattress is comfortable to sleep but the odour is horrible. 4 days after delivery and we still have to keep the windows wide open to be able to breathe
