The bed was delivered on time and the guys who put it up were good, polite and cleaned up and took everything away. Brilliant.

We received a great service in store and were guided to exactly the right product for us. The paperwork was straightforward and we had a choice of delivery dates. The delivery arrived exactly when we expected it and the delivery staff were helpful and polite. I have nothing but praise for Dreams.

Excellent customer service from Paul at the Cannock Dreams shop. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, not at all pushy and answered every question we had. He wasn't able to show us the bed we were ordering in store (the Deacon Grey Ottoman bed), but he showed us material samples, the height and measurements and did comparisons to beds they did have on display. This was extremely helpful. The quality of the products is excellent and our bed was delivered within 7 days. Excellent service and we are highly satisfied. Would 100% recommend.

Good product, delivered and built as promised

We had a really good experience at Dreams in Cannock near the orbital. Paul, the store manager was really helpful in assisting us choosing our mattress and new bed. The sleepmachine was really useful in determining which mattresses would be right for us.

Me and my mother started our journey on a hunt for a new mattress, to go with my new room. We set off early, in a hope we’d be able to pick up other items for the room along the way. My mother drove me to the cannock dreams branch, due to the fact there was other shops which had mattresses nearby. Immediately after entering the shop, I was welcomed in and asked if we needed any assistance at all. At this time, we did not require such assistance because we were just trying all the beds to see whether I felt one that I liked. Then, I lay upon one mattress, which was like floating on clouds. Immediately, I knew this was the one for me and my face lit up with ultimate satisfaction. I knew this mattress was the one for me, however me and my mother had agreed to venture into ikea before purchasing the mattress, in order to find other accessories to go with my mattress, in order to create the perfect room. We tried other mattresses from other stores along the way, however rude service and awful mattresses made for an awful experience, one which Dreams in cannock put to shame with their amazing friendliness. A long while later that day, we had finished our shopping at ikea, and returned to the dreams cannock branch. We arrived at 5:59, hoping we’d just made it in time before the shop closed, after all, this was my only chance to purchase my dream mattress due to the fact my mother was busy with work. We ran to the doors, however they did not open. My dreams were deflated as I soon began to think the store had shut. However, after my wallowing in my feelings for 30 seconds, the kind gentleman still in the store walked over to us, and opened the doors, while beckoning us in. I was upmost grateful for his upmost sincerity, and he asked whether we needed any help finding the mattress we needed, to which we said we knew exactly the one we wanted. The gentleman was happy to know we’d already made our minds up, as we sat down at the desk to finalise my choice. Still breathing heavily from the thought of missing my dream mattress, I listened as the gentleman explained how long the delivery would take (which was shorter than I thought it’d be) and also gave us a choice of pillows to go along with our purchase. This gave me great elation, and I could not have been happier. We discussed how often to flip my mattress, to which I was given a thorough and detailed explanation, which helped tremendously. With a big beam on my face, the transaction was complete, and I thanked the man for his generosity, he helped save the day, and ensure I got the mattress I’ve always dreamed of. I left the store feeling filled to the brim with joy, and I have gone on to recommend this store to everyone I know, and everyone I see. The store was clean, useful and provided amazing service, and I will never go back to another mattress store other than Dreams again. Thank you once again, for an amazing experience.

Excellent product with excellent communication , service and delivery. EXCELLENT from walking into the store to our first nights sleep in the most comfortabke bed we have ever owned .... THANK YOU DREAMS
