We were looking for 2 new bed mattresses, as our old ones were worn out and we were both suffering from aches and discomfort in our backs and joints.

We were served and advised by Rome who is a Customer Service Assistant at Chelmsford store, and he was absolutely brilliant from the moment we walked in to the shop until the moment we left having purchased 2 new mattresses to suit our needs.

His knowledge was first class and he was extremely thorough in explaining everything about the different types of mattresses available and the financial layout of our purchases, which we have arranged to be delivered in May.

He was extremely patient with my Mum who has difficulty remembering certain details and information, due to her age and ADHD and Dyslexia., which helped to put her at ease when getting frustrated trying to remember things.

He is a credit to himself and Dreams as a company overall.

Fantastic service. Bed looks amazing but feels harder than in the shop but am getting used to it after a few weeks and sleeping much better. Happy with the price paid too. Maria in Chelmsford was not in the least bit pushy very friendly and helpful and the bed came on the day they said it would with regular updates. The assembly guys were quick and efficient the whole process from start to finish was a DREAM pun intended!

Great service in store - no pressure sell but helpful and friendly staff. All knowledgable about products and answered all our questions. Delivery process was efficient and professional. Bed is lovely - exactly what we wanted, excellent quality and extremely comfortable. We would definitely use Dreams and particularly the Chelmsford store again.

Since we have had our new bed we have been able to sleep well. It is everything we wanted in a bed and very comfortable.

Very helpful staff, good range of beds. Staff have good knowledge of products. Delivery was seem less, again very helpful and pleasant delivery men, we were kept well informed.

We had fantastic service from the Dreams Chelmsford team when looking for a bed/mattress for my dad, who has mobility issues. They went the extra mile, were patient, professional, friendly and knew their products inside out. Very impressed - thank you!

Dreams in Chelmsford , had a large variety of beds to choose from , the assistants were very helpful and listened to what type of bed and base we were looking to buy. we were shown some beds of the type we wanted , layed on them and chose a base and mattress we felt comfortable on. Lynn and Cathy gave us a great choise and we are happy we chose Dreams Chelmsford.

Dreams was first bed shop we went in. We were greeted by staff member Michelle who was relaxed in her approach to as would we like help. She talked us through the mattress guide testing machine and then showed us 3 mattresses she thought would best suit us from the machines readings and all the things we had discussed. Within a short period we had found our perfect mattress but being short for time Michelle suggested we take time to discuss and come back later that day or tomorrow. We went back the following day and was again greeted by Michelle and she went through everything about our purchase, delivery, old mattress disposal and after care. Could not have asked for better service and the mattress and the pillows we brought have been amazing 👍🏻
