Dreams of Chester
My wife and i went to Dreams in Chester to look for a King size bed and Mattress. Gary one of the sales people showed us everything we asked to see and he was so friendly and knowledgeable about his job we felt so comfortable with him as comfortable as the mattress he sold us. If you’re not sure of what you are looking for in either a bed or mattress etc I suggest you check out Gary.
Thanks again Gary oh and he makes a great cup of tea.

Visited the store in Chester was greeted by Store assistant Michele, she listened when we explained what we were looking for and assisted to the very best of her ability. Hot drinks were offered during out time in the store. Nothing was to much trouble and she answered all of our questions. We purchased a new mattress that was tailored to us. Michele was kind and very professional and you could tell she knew her job very well. She made our visit enjoyable would highly recommend her when shopping at dreams

New computer system prevented me from buying a bedside unit.
I wanted to buy a bedside unit but as it was in the sale I could not buy it on the day as it seems the new computer system would not allow it to be sold on that day.
The staff were very helpful and reserved the item and I went to the shop a few days later.
When I arrived the new computer system would still not allow me to purchase the unit.
Again the staff were very helpful, worked very hard and eventually I was able to pay for the unit although the new computer system would not give me a receipt.
Someone in control of the IT systems needs to get their act together as they are making very hard for the sales people and sales may suffer.

We came to just look at beds and left buying one! Our assistant Carole was amazing and very knowledgeable- we were very pleased with our choice and didn't feel pressured in any way.looking forward tonour delivery now

Excellent service and product
Excellent service from selecting a new tempur mattress in store to the delivery. Since the first night of sleeping on our new mattress we have slept better than we have in years. Highly recommend the mattress and the service from Dreams.

Excellent service from staff and quality products.
As soon as we entered the Dreams store in Chester the customer experience was first class. Graeme the store assistant was more than helpful. He explained everything so well as there is so much choice and I wanted to know all the details he was very patient. I noticed he had done something to his leg but that did not defer him from offering top class service and knowledge to me which you do not often get in stores these days, some store staff seem to know very little about what they are selling. It was an expensive purchase as I invested in a Tempur mattress for my son, however, Graeme gave me the confidence from start to finish of purchasing it. I had also had my 13 year old son with me who the other staff were excellent with. I also want to mention the delivery this was a very smooth process, from the excellent communication with the delivery times and the staff who delivered the mattress. I will definitely be returning to Dreams we have used them before, purchasing 3 beds and mattresses from the Wrexham store which is no longer there, Thank you.

Excellent mattress and service
Staff at your Chester site were professional and courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Bed arrived on time with the two delivery guys being efficient and polite collecting our old mattress. The mattress is super comfortable and the correct choice.
