Dreams - Clapham Reviews 

I went in store to test the Tempur mattress. We were asked to use the dreams machine first hand them lead to the mattress which felt comfortable. I’m expecting so a new mattress is a must and really looking forward to our new one being delivered.
We decided to sit and ask further questions and were offered drinks.
After deciding on our payment method, being given our extras and confirmation, that was that.
We were very happy with our experience and await our delivery, thank you to Jordon in Clapham North store!

The experience at the Clapham shop was great from the start. We soon found the mattress of our dreams, we made our order and everything seemed to go smoothly. Then, at the moment of the delivery a problem arose: the mattress was damaged. The delivery guys immediately acknowledged the issue and took the mattress back. We were obviously disappointed, but we know how it works, things like these can happen. Two minutes later a Dreams manager rang us and, profusely apologising, promised us a full discount on the pick up of the old mattress. Fair enough. The only problem is, we were about to leave London and we couldn't possibly wait for a new delivery the next week. There is a happy handing, though. Jordan, the sales guy at the shop, managed to quickly sort the problem out. The very next day we had our new high-quality mattress delivered at home.
So why am I giving 5 stars if there has been an issue?
Because, since I work in marketing, I know that problems can occur. It's how quickly and effectively companies sort them out that makes a difference.

Philip in the Clapham store was exceptional! We made the test to find out what kind of mattress was best for us and He gave us lots of valid options all within ur budget. We had no idea before the visit and He helped us make the right choice! He even offered us coffee. it was really a pleasure to chat with him. He also offered us different promotions and extra services!

The customer service team member did not have product and service experience regarding the Kobe bed product that you were selling. And failed to inform that it was that in fact, not one of the best selling product. turn out to be very unsatisfactory to me customer

Bought a adjustable bed which I am very happy with. Sadly I bought the wrong mattress which is too firm. Have chosen a different one with good advise from shop and as promised it was absolutely no problem to exchange.

Love Dreams products, very good quality and costumer services is really good. In store they test sleeping position to find the best mattress match for every body. It makes it very easy and a good experience to buy a mattress and bed!

Purchased a £2800 bed. In store (Clapham) service outstanding. Delivery men did not knock, the order then was stuck in the system as cancelled. No money returned and no contact regarding re-delivery. Despite several emails and calls to the useless customer service department no desire for anyone to help expedite the delivery. Have purchased 3 beds in the last 24 months. Never again.

We were really satisfied with the service at Dreams Clapham. We tried several mattresses without an appointment, and staff were happy to help starting with the infamous Dreams sleep machine.
