Jordan at Dreams Clapham went above and beyond to ensure we found the best mattress suited to our needs and organised a very quick and smooth delivery process. Jordan also spent a lot of time with myself and my partner, using the sleep machine and testing each individual mattress with the tempur pillow (which we ended up buying). He even offered us tea and coffee when we sat down to discuss the fine details, which was very thoughtful.

Jordan’s customer service was impeccable, he was helpful without being pushy - which we absolutely loved! Thanks so much again Jordan!!

I visited the Clapham Dreams store. Jordan and Hannan were incredible. Jordan was really knowledgeable about the mattresses in store and listened to my preferences. He was very helpful and offered me water and made my experience enjoyable. Hannan helped me with choosing the bedframe and when the original one I liked went in to the sale they rang me to let me know which was very thoughtful. I would definitely recommend going to this store! Thank you so much Jordan and Hannan!

My girlfriend and I had great customer service when looking to buy out new memory foam pillows. Hanan at the Clapham store was extremely helpful and made our experience a real pleasure!! The pillows are really comfortable and would recommend this store for sure!

The assistance I received in store was great, the sale associate was competent and guided me through so many mattress' options. The one I picked up is excellent and definitely based on my sleeping habits (ie side sleeper). Delivery of additional items (pillows, cover) was not 'immaculate' but I received great level of assistance from the customer service. They manage to resolve quickly and made sure I was happy with everything so I can only recommend this business.

Fantastic experience - lovely staff, amazing sleep analysis machine and purchased a mattress that I love. Also felt very safe and there was plenty of hand sanitiser and social distancing being practiced.

CLAPHAM STORE - Phil was brilliant, extremely friendly, informative and exceeding expectations massively. Made choosing and locating a bed simple and assisted us greatly in finding the perfect mattress utilising his knowledge on the topic and the stores mattress finder system. From his service, we have found a great offer and we’re very happy to shop with Dreams.

Found the whole experience of buying a new bed very good with Dreams. The staff were very helpful. The delivery was on time and we had them put the bed together. The delivery people were polite and respectful. I would not go anywhere else for a new bed in the future.

I ordered a double bed & mattress from Dreams on 12/05/21 to be delivered on 21/05/21. I ordered (first time using dreams), from their Clapham store & must admit their sales advisor (Jordan) was excellent (he’s the reason for the 3 stars). I paid the extra money for delivery guy’s to fit the bed together & all went smoothly other than the colour which states grey, but is more of a blue.
I’d had the bed 1.5 months & went to lift it up (it’s a gas lift ottoman bed), & noticed it seemed heavier than normal, when I then went to close it, there was no resistance, it basically would just drop down. On closer inspection I noticed the gas lift rod had snapped on the right hand side. I called Dreams & they said they’d have to send out an Inspector from HomeServe to check it out but due to COVID there’s a delay of between 10-15 days. The Inspector came on 23/07/21 checked the bed over & the broken rod & explained that the dream bed installers had tightened the bolts on the rods too tight & that’s what’s caused it to snap. He told me he will order 2 new gas lift mechanism’s & if I haven’t heard anything in a week to call dreams. I called them today 02/08/21 spoke to Amy who said nothing’s been put on the system & that I’d have to wait for a email stating the fault & I presume a repair date. I went on to tell her I’m extremely disappointed with the after service & I’d actually prefer the bed to be taken away & I get my money back. I’ve spent almost £1,500 with dreams (money that was left to me) & they didn’t hesitate to take that & I’m now left with a faulty bed (2 months old) that creaks, is uncomfortable & no idea when it’s going to be sorted. I now wish I’d carried out more research on buying a new bed because some of the reviews I’ve read regarding Dreams have definitely not been great. Do your research people!!!

We popped into dreams to replace our old bed. The interactive unit gave us some bed recommendations then a lady took us around to try each one. We were able to take our time and get a feel for each mattress, and tried loads before narrowing it down to our clear favourite. They helped us choose a bed base with storage, and showed us colour ranges etc. We even got pillows! It was a very friendly, relaxed experience. We paid for assembly and disposal of our old bed etc and that was all fantastic. It went so smoothly and the delivery team were lovely. Highly recommend

We went to Dreams Clapham Road last Saturday thinking it would be a tedious but necessary experience, what we didn't know is that it would be not only fun and pleasant but a highly educative and productive one! The gentleman who took care of us, who's name is Philip, was friendly, considered, knowledgeable and professional. In no time, he found had us fitted with the most wonderful mattress and some incredibly amazing pillows, which will change our lives for sure! and they are coming in just days!!! 10/10 for the store and Philip! Thank you so much! :)

Excellent customer service in store (Clapham) and excellent delivery team

The whole experience at the Clapham store in London was fantastic! We were looking for a large selection of mattresses so that we could try before buying and also, for some good advice. We got exactly that plus, we ended up spending less than we had planned, for a very good quality mattress. We bought the mattress on a Saturday and got it delivered the next Tuesday! Highly recommend!

I purchased a mattress at Dreams. The store and service were fine - very helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere. I could browse and try out the mattresses to choose. The ordering was equally hassle free. The only issue was having to bag the old mattress before it could be taken away. I am 76 and lifting a double mattress on my own is going to be a nightmare . That is the only concern I have. I shall report on the quality of the mattress after I have had a chance to try it!
