The team at dreams in Colindale really made buying my new mattress a dream come true. After searching online and everywhere to try and get the right mattress for my new home, the trip to dreams was well worth it. I stayed within my budget and got what I needed thanks to the team. I have bought all my beds in the last 12 years from dreams and I don't plan on stopping now. Great quality, great customer service and an overall great experience. Mohammed, Micheal and Sathi.... You guys are brilliant and I hope you get the recognition that you deserve. #Grateful

The customer service contacted me after the review post. They were willing to solve the problem. Also, they contacted my sales and confirmed that he offered us the change is free of charge when we made the order. Finally, they agreed to refund the difference from super king to king. I am happy with the result.

Dreams customer service sucks! We weren't sure which size to go with when we were in the store. The sales told us we can change it anyway as long as it is a couple of weeks before the delivery. So we ordered super-king-size one. Now we need to size down to king-size due to the construction issue but the customer service said it only can be changed 48 hours after order and wants to charge us for an admin fee. It is only less than 2 weeks after the order and it won't be delivered in another 3 months. They also refused to refund the difference between the super king and king because the price goes up now. What kind of service is it? I would definitely buy beds somewhere else if I knew their service is like these and never ever recommend it to my friends.

Great customer service, good knowledge of the products and recommendations based on my needs. I now have a very comfortable bed and mattress which I sleep on like a log. Extremely pleased with my first purchase from Dreams and a big shout out to Michael at the Colindale store for all his help and for the very professional delivery guys who delivered and assembled the bed.

Riz at Dreams Colindale - what a star. He couldnt have been more helpful or informative of options available to us. We had visited earlier in the week and was pleased to be recognised by him and being a warm day the offer of cold water was well received. After trying various mattresess (and the sleepmatch) with mattress guard and pillow we finally made our decission The purchase, insurance cover and delivery process was made so simple due to his knowledge of the product available. All told a very very pleasant and pleasing experience in the store.

I Went to Dreams in Colindale with my daughter
my mind was on a different sized bed with a completely different price. As we entered, the staff member Woj gave us a warm welcome! We expressed what we were looking for and he told us that it was unavailable in this store but in Watford. Woj then offered to show us something similar whilst exhibiting his incredible knowledge on bed frames and mattresses. He then suggested I try the Sleep Match system; which may I add was amazing to experience. During this experience we were offered a beverage which cooled us down as we waited for my results. I told him my budget and he thoroughly took us through our options and even highlighted that there was a 20% discount. With the help of Sleep Match and finding a suitable bed frame, it was time for the numbers. After much calculation, we received a brilliant price on a King size bed including a mattress protector, pillows and even the service to assemble the bed! I really couldn’t stop smiling I even offered to get him a drink aha! Honestly throughout the whole viewing , his customer service was impeccable and that was what made our purchase a lot better. Thank you Woj!

We wanted to share a pleasant experience me and my wife had when we went to Dreams bed store at Colindale to buy adjustable bed and matching mattress.We were greeted by a very pleasant and very courteous staff Mohamed who helped us to choose and buy the right bed at the right price.All through out our visit he wore mask and kept the right social distance .He offered us a drink and made us so comfortable.Mohamed also helped us to buy the right mattress by using the sleep match facility of which we were not aware of. He offered us the best price and also included two free pillows and discounted mattress protector. We are so very happy with our purchase of Tempur cool touch sensation elite 25d mattress and Sleep motion 200i adjustable base.Thank you so much Mohamed for all the help you extended to us. I had a very rewarding experience visiting this store. The salesperson was exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, demonstrative and efficient.
