Great service from start to finish. The guys in the showroom were friendly and helpful and knew their stuff! Our mattress was delivered on time and the delivery guys were also friendly and helpful, and respectful of our property removing their shoes when entering our house! Our new mattress is great too!

I received great service from Natasha. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was given space and time to try out several mattresses. Delivery was organised for when it best suited me. The whole experience shopping for a mattress was easy and fun.

Briliant and flowless service at the store, we were able to pick a mattress suitable for us. Quick and profesional delivery by friendly staff.
More than happy with our new mattress. I am truly excited to go to sleep every night knowing I will wake up with no pain. :)

Dreams is absolutely fantastic
Dreams is absolutely fantastic. 5* all the way. From the showroom to the delivery. Communication was brilliant. Received an email the day before and a call on the day of delivery informing me of the timings. The delivery people were lovely and very thorough. Didn’t take long to put my bed together and show me how it works.
Highly recommend Dreams.
The mattress I purchased was the Tempur Very Firm Kingsize and it’s amazing. No more sore back in the morning. I also received free Tempur pillows in firm and oh my god that combination is just *chefs kiss*

I would highly recommend Dreams
I can not fault Dreams for my purchase. The staff at the Crawley shop were really helpful and knowledgable. The delivery was fantastic, I had to change the delivery date and it was changed with no issues at all. I would highly recommend Dreams. I love my new bed, it’s supper comfortable and well made.

Great customer experience and great selection of beds and mattresses
Visited Dream to look for a new bed and mattress, which we bought there. We were very impressed with the Dreams colleague who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We also got to use the Sleep machine which helped advise on suitable mattress, which confirmed that the mattress we were thinking of was the right mattress for us. He also gave us space to wander around the shop while we considered our options and until we were ready to talk to him again. We will definitely shop here again.
