Best choice of beds in Derby
A good experience from start to finish with very helpful and pleasant staff at the Derby branch and no pressure sales. We dealt with Paige who advised us to try the Sleepmatch to find the perfect mattress for us. She went the extra mile for us by putting the mattress we liked onto different bases to check the difference. On the day of delivery the guys were really quick, efficient and very pleasant and explained everything to us before they left. The mattress we chose was a Tempur airflow and we have found it very comfortable and supportive and because of the airflow system it keeps us cosy without getting overheated. All in all would recommend anyone in the market for a new bed to go to Dreams Derby branch!

Issue rectified by pleasant staff
I purchased a Hyde & Sleep mattress and adjustable bed approximately 2.5 years ago. The bed base is very good and sturdy. The mattress was good for a year when I started noticing extreme dipping in the middle. After leaving a review on here Dreams contacted myself to try and fix the issue. Someone came to assess the mattress and it was found to be faulty. Dreams kept in regular contact and I now have a new mattress on order. Having seen many poor reviews/comments about the type of mattress i'm surprised Dreams say theyve not heard of any problems with it. However, the Hyde & Sleep composition has now changed therefore I hope to find this experience a one off. Throughout my contact with Dreams, in store and online I have been met with friendly, understanding and knowledgable staff.

No complaints as yet
No complaints as yet, delivery on time, polite team, price promise could have been automatic as only way I found out that there was a reduction was when my daughter had a look on dreams website or would not have got it. Bed and mattress is comfortable and what we needed. Adam at Derby was very helpful. Only complaint so far .....long time getting/ waiting to get through to customer service and Derby.

Very happy!
Visited the Derby store (Meteor retail park).
Adam greeted us and we gave him an idea of what we were looking for. He set us up on the computer bed for a fit, then went through what recommendations he had.
We spent well over 2 hours choosing our mattress and base (almost fell asleep at one point 😂). At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decision, Adam came over to us occasionally to offer a little more information on a particular mattress we might be trying.
When we had finally decided, the order was completed over a cup of coffee.
We are both so happy with our new bed and mattress. So comfortable.
