Great service from start to finish. From the minute we stepped into the store we were made to feel very welcome. After looking around (looking a bit lost) we were helped over to the Sleepmatch bed. Going through the initial questions and set up, a mattress type was recommended (Medium/Firm) and we were shown the range. Once we'd settled on a bed the checkout and delivery arrangements were made and it was very helpful they noted that an AM delivery needed to be before my wife started work.

The delivery/install team were very kind and professional. Kept us in the loop as to an arrival time and even let us know they were slightly delayed with a previous job. Courteous when they arrived and made up the lost time and got our bed in with very little effort. Explained and demonstrated all the features and left us assured what to do with any issues they would come and resolve. Never slept better since.

I visited the Doncaster store. Sarah's product knowledge, her patience, and understanding, together with the fact that Dreams has the Sleepmatch bed, the 100 night guarantee, and it own mattress recycling centre, were all very impressive. Sarah helped me find a mattress, which was so comfortable I could have nodded off there and then. I wasn't rushed or pressured in anyway and was offered a drink. I left and visited some other stores but no other mattress was as comfortable. When I returned Sarah sat with me while I lay on the mattress again and brought me some different pillows to try. I ordered the mattress and was surprised to find that it would be with me in only a week, I expected to wait longer. I would thoroughly recommend Dreams and especially Sarah who's customer service skills are second to none.

Stirling the sales assistant was extremely helpful, went through all the details of my purchase with me. Bed arrived within time frame and apart from the control unit not having a memory the bed itself is wonderful. The delivery team were very good and had my old bed out and the new one installed in no time.

Always buy beds, mattresses and now bedside furniture from Dreams. Reliable company with excellent quality goods, free delivery and excellent communication prior to delivery.

Our requirements were quickly accepted and everything was fulfilled to our satisfaction by the lady who dealt with us and her manner was friendly and informative. All went well with delivery also. We were very happy and satisfied with the item purchased.
