Great service all around. Bed good quality and delivered in a few days by a couple of really good guys who did everything to assure a good experience. Assistance in store was great without being overbearing. Price was decent. Very happy overall.

The showroom was good and the staff were very helpful.

After buying and being happy with my new mattress I returned to Epsom Dreams to see Prakash about purchasing a Tilt/recliner type base. I'd spoken to Prakash a few days previously to tell him what I was looking for, and provide the dimensions of my frame, so he had the exact model I needed, ready for demonstration. Nothing is too much trouble. I'll definitely be going back there. I've been telling friends and family that Dreams at Epsom is the place to go for beds, and Prakash is the man to see.

I went into Dreams Epsom today simply to enquire about mattresses and was just amazed at the knowledge and helpfulness of Sophia. It's rare to find someone so helpful and from now on, purely on the advice she gave me, I will always buy my beds from them.

Great service when buying bed from the shop. Delivery was excellent and they kept us up to date when to be expected. Delivery people where polite and respectful to our property. Excellent service all round. New bed is wonderful.

My best purchase for January 2026! I'm loving my new Dreams Romsey mattress which is so floaty and comfortable ....leaving me well rested which is ideal for my stressful job. Love it! I'd like to see more recycling initiatives from Dreams though but otherwise, such great value and high quality from them!

With our old mattress being close to 10 years old and becoming lumpy and uncomfortable, we dropped into Dreams in Epsom, initially just to have a look around. However the Salesman who greeted us (John) was very knowledgeable and helpful, and so we ended up choosing a new mattress and placing an order. Following this, everything went completely to plan, as described by John.

The delivery team arrived on the appointed day of delivery and at the right time. The two guys were polite, helpful, careful, efficient, and very fast They covered their shoes before entering the house and everything was done and dusted within a matter of minutes of their arrival, including removal of the old mattress for recycling. So, all-in-all a good shopping experience and at a competitive price. Based on this, I would recommend Dreams to others.

The service was very good. The test bed device they use is very nice (I don't really know how much it does, but very pleasant experience). My new mattress is certainly an upgrade, I have no complaints. Also they did not try and upsell to me.

The knowledge and friendly approach of the staff, made the buying experience trouble free.

I needed two mattresses but, was unable to visit the showroom.
"Not a problem " .. and having established my sleep requirements and budget, talked me through all the suitable options.
I am sorted for mattress/pilow protectors, duvets etc but, I was sold on a couple of extra feather pillows that I wasn't expecting to buy.
Prakash took on board the information I gave him regarding my current living situation and recommended a delivery service which I was absolutely delighted with.
