They promised to dispose of the old mattress. They didn’t and reneged on their promise.
Now stuck with the old and the new and no method to get rid.

Our old mattress was really uncomfortable and was giving me a bad back. We selected our new mattress at Dreams and have never looked back. Delivery was exactly when they said it would be, very helpful delivery men and had good peaceful nights since. No more back ache and wake up feeling refreshed.

Amazing service from death to finish

I am very happy and completely satisfied with the end product. It is everything that it was made out to be. The whole process from start to finish was excellent and well worth it.

Found the assistant in Team Valley, Gateshead store, Janette really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Kept informed of when to expect delivery and a phone call morning of delivery as to exact arrival time. The delivery team were courteous and mindful of our home and were very efficient. They had the old mattresses and old bed frame out and new bed assembled and mattresses in position within the hour. No fuss and all packaging removed from our home. Would recommend Dreams any day.

The store experience was lovely as was the delivery and paid assembly of the item. Sadly the instructions were not as good as they were inaccurate and after sales was deficient in timescale for support by which time I’d worked it out myself which was such an effort as I’m elderly and registered blind but still

We paid for the new bed to be put up and had to help the lad because he turned up by himself and to take the old one out so we paid and we had to help not happy

I am sleeping a lot better with the new bed before I never slept for years should have done it a long time ago

If you are considering a mattress from Dreams, think twice! Here is my recent experience to help others avoid the frustration I am going through.
I purchased a mattress from Dreams for £1,400, expecting an investment in quality and comfort. Instead, I received a faulty product that measured three inches shorter than advertised, leading to a series of endless issues and wasted time.
Upon discovering the fault, I scheduled a technician visit. The first technician failed to ring the doorbell and left after attempting to call in an area with poor mobile reception. This led to a full day wasted for me. The second appointment confirmed that the mattress was indeed faulty, as verified by the technician report. Despite this, Dreams provided no offer of goodwill or compensation for my time or inconvenience.
I visited a Dreams store in person to request a replacement and discussed my concerns regarding the manufacturer’s apparent lack of quality control. To date (it's been 2.5 months since I bought the matress), I have taken three days off work to address this issue, with no resolution. I am now facing the prospect of a fourth day off to handle the collection of faulty matress. Despite the clear fault and my professional time lost, Dreams has shown no willingness to make amends.
My advice: do not waste your time or money at Dreams. The customer service has been a nightmare, and they have shown zero accountability for their products or the inconvenience they cause.

Ordered bed and mattress. Bed great love it. Mattress is dreams own make, it had a dip in it which has been there since day one. Tried to call was advised I was 10th in the queue and there was a 49 minute wait to get through !!
Have emailed but as yet have not received a reply.
Dreams did reply to my email and my concerns and a new mattress was supplied at my convenience. So 5 stars to them for customer service.

Removal lads did well in a small staircase space but left small mark on ceiling which will need a touch of paint, nothing really untoward.
Assembly with headboard done relatively quickly and well.

I've got problems with my discs in my lower back and the mattress i picked was no good for my back, after I left a review about the mattress kishan from the dreams team got in touch with me to pick another mattress which I did and it was a bit more expensive and they waived the difference in price wow which other company would do that well done kishan from the dreams customer team I would highly recommend dreams to anyone the service is amazing I can't thank kishan enough
