Great visit and better experience from Howard
We visited Gillingham Kent store on Good Friday after nearly being ripped off in benson for beds. We were met by Howard who was great from start to finish couldn’t fault him, chucked a few freebies in which was a nice touch. All round top bloke listened to our needs and budget and got us a great deal.

Great service form Dreams Beds
The sales person Ian was able to direct me to the bed I had chosen on the internet, also the mattress, as well as advising me on others that were in the show room.
The delivery was on the day that was agreed, they notified me of the time slot, and it was very smooth the delivery persons were very polite and could not me more helpful, Great service would recommend DREAMS

Very happy customers
The gentleman was very approachable and polite. He made it his first job the understand what we where visiting for and catered for our individual needs very efficiently. Very happy and easy to chat to whilst putting an order through. Very helpful at providing cost effective options. Drinks were offered as well as help to find the perfect mattresses for my self and my partner by showing us the dreams machine. There was no pressure to make a purchase or decision, we left very happy customers.

Very helpful experience
Ian the assistant who helped me was professional, friendly and knowledgeable during our interaction. He was patient while I decided which item I wanted to purchase and showed me different items, so I can see what the colour looked like for the items I wished to purchase.
Also, delivery could have been the following week, if I was ready to have the item delivered at that time.
