Extremely helpful
Visited the Grimsby store, where the staff are really friendly and inviting. Really knowledgable and sleep match machine is very good. Staff members offered us pillows and water. Left us to look around and try beds but always there if need help and not pushy at all trying to upswell or push expensive products.

Friendly staff and excellent product knowledge. After using the sleep match machine, the sales colleague was able to recommend a suitable bed. She made an effort to make our young children feel welcome as well.

Great friendly service from the “Dream Team”. Was dreading the drudgery of bed shopping but they made it such a good experience. Was able to settle on a great mattress and separate base - got just what I wanted- ticks all the boxes.

Really friendly and helpful…
Really friendly and helpful staff. Listened to what we wanted and why, then gave us options and suggestions for the type of mattress when we'd chosen the bed frame. We got the bed for a spare room and therefore it won't be used that much. We were given the option of an ex-display mattress which was really reduced in price. It was in near perfect condition and so we took it. We'll pleased!

Excellent service price and choice
We went to our local store in Grimsby. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. We spoke to Malcolm who offered the sleep match service which was great and came up with the beds most suitable. All in all a great service and we will be back in the future

Dreams Grimsby and Malcom
Malcom was professional and helpful and knowledgeable, he offered us a range of types of mattresses to suit our specific needs and at no time did we feel any pressure from him, it was advice we received and not a high pressure sales process. All in all a very good service.

Excellent customer service
We happened to visit your Grimsby Store as we needed a new mattress for our spare room. We spotted Dreams and thought we would have a quick look.
The smile and friendly welcome as soon as we walked in made us very welcome and the staff were lovely. We were offered help and a drink and then left to look around store.
Molly was super helpful and friendly and helped us choose our mattress. There were no hard sales or pressure and she just made the purchase so easy and simple.

Visited the Grimsby store in December and received excellent service. The machine to help choose the right mattress was fun to use. Delivery will take a month but that is not a problem for me. It could be for someone who needs a bed quickly. I also appreciate the assembly service for the frame.
