Lovely clean store, assistants where very helpful, friendly and polite, I thought the products where very good value for money!

James was really helpful and lovely, the mattress machine is great and helped us figure out what we needed

We popping into our nearest dreams store in Grimsby and was welcomed by a lovely lady called Lesley, who kindly recommended that me and my partner try the sleep technology which we did, then Lesley went on to explaining all the best suited mattresses for us and let us go and choose our favourite.
Once we had chosen the best mattress for us Lesley offered us a drink whilst we chose the frame to match!

Once we was 100% in our decision, Lesley placed our order and everything felt a breeze! We are so excited to receive our delivery!

Visited the grimsby branch. Very pleased with the customer service given upon our viewing and then the purchase the following day. All members of staff welcoming and made us feel at ease. Purchased a new mattress, pillows and mattress cover. Would certainly recommend and return in future if need too.

I wanted 2 new beds for my footballing nephews aged 14 & 10 who required high quality mattresses to enable better recovery from their sporting exertions. The 10 year old came with me to try out beds at 3 stores. The sales assistant at Dreams was friendly and knowledgeable and she left us to try out a few beds. We returned the next day, having disliked the pushy sales methods of another store. My nephew had decided the Annison mattress was the most comfortable, and he loved the Olympic/Paralympic handles. It was our sales assistant's day off, so another friendly person advised us on the frames, drawers & headboards to help us make our final decision. As we sat down to do the paperwork, my nephew and I were both offered a bottle of water as it was to take a little while to organise everything. After completing the purchase and leaving the store, my nephew said he couldn't believe he had been offered a bottle of water as he wasn't even paying and said it was "the best customer service he'd ever had!!" The beds arrived exactly on time and the delivery men were very accommodating. The boys are so happy with their new Dreams beds and say they are getting a great night's sleep, so I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchases.

I visited the Dreams store in Grimsby yesterday. It was my second visit. The first time I was looking to buy a mattress. Malc, the sales colleague was excellent, so friendly & knowledgeable. He made sure I was choosing the right mattress by helping me to use the mattress testing machine & helped me find just what I was looking for. The second visit yesterday was just as good. A lady called Lesley couldn't have been more helpful. She offered drinks and made me feel comfortable in taking my time to make sure everything was right. She talked me through the credit procedure and managed to offer us a couple of extras. I would highly recommend this store. The service is first class and nothing is too much trouble. Malc & Lesley are lovely people and I'll definitely recommend and continue to shop at this store

Customer service is excellent! Choosing a mattress is never easy, but the Dreams team is a dream team!

We all have different needs when it comes to comfort, and there are so many variables that can hinder a good night's sleep that it's difficult to know where to start!

Lesley and Molly at the Grimsby branch have been absolute angels and have guided me through every step of the way with cheerfulness and expertise. Lesley went to the trouble to call me at home to help resolve a few issues I was experiencing as a result of some back and hip pain problems. This has resulted in my opting for a mattress exchange, which, fingers crossed, will work for me - delivery in two weeks. The new mattress cost quite a bit more but when I later saw that it was £320 cheaper in the sale, Dreams offered to honour their price match with a promise to refund the difference back into my account!

I also bought the Flaxby Sprung Base Divan, which arrived yesterday. For those of you who are sensitive to such things, it makes a big difference to the feel of the mattress!

The delivery drivers are so helpful too and are respectful of your home. They complete the job in no time and are cheerful as they go about their work. They also have good product knowledge and offer sound advice.

I would highly recommend the Grimsby store if you're local, but if you want to try out a larger selection of beds/mattresses, it may be well worth a visit to a bigger branch. Staff at Dreams in Hull were also extremely helpful, but Lesley and Molly take a lot of beating in terms of customer relations.

Decided that it was time to purchase a new mattress. Went to Dreams in Grimsby. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful, easy to talk to. Found a suitable one good quality and as it was in the sale excellent value. Short delivery time and old mattress to be removed and disposed of safely. All in all a very good visit.

We visited the Dreams store in Grimsby after reading the Google Reviews which were very positive. The staff were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We walked out of the store with smiles on our faces.

Loved the Dream Machine mattress analytical tool!

Was instantly greeted on arrival into store by all assistants that weren't with other customers. Was approached by a man called Malc. The amount of knowledge he had was extremely helpful and he couldn't do enough for us! He was on the floor measuring up beds for us and recommended all products that were suitable. We tried all the beds and he was even helping us with future purchases. He gave us lead times and prices for all beds that we were interested in. We were quite undecisive and he had so much patience with us and was so polite. He didn't push us on any purchases, he just went above and beyond. Absolutely lovely guy and a complete asset to the company, next time I am in store I will 100% be going to him for any advice. He chatted with us and got to know all the details of why we were in store that day. We were there regarding my elderly grandma as she had had a fall from her bed twice as it was too high up for her and he was very understanding and sympathetic and so willing to help. Can not give him enough credit, he was just an amazing guy!!

In my opinion dreams is the best place for your new mattress staff in the Grimsby store where more than helpfully

Totally confused about which mattress to get, having seen numerous tv ads, recommendations from others and internet searches. Decided we needed to try some out in store. Dreams seemed a good bet due to their dream machine giving us an idea of which mattress to get. The team were friendly professional and not pushy. Told us which beds would be suitable for us, gave us a pillow with paper protection on and left us to try them out. We were given a bottle of water each which was gratefully received on a hot day. Finally decided on the mattress. We got insurance but were given a mattress protector and disposal of our old mattress free of charge. The delivery date was a week later and the delivery team excellent.
Very happy with our final choice.
