Came into the store in Harlow and was…
Came into the store in Harlow and was approached by a friendly happy guy called shuyeb . We wasn’t sure what matters was suited to me and my other half he got to lay on the machine to get an idea what matters was best suited . Within 3 minutes he had a list of what was best for us . Made us feel at ease trying to find the right matters. So thanks to shuyeb we got the right one defo recommend him to anyone. Overall a very happy customer

The ordering process was very good, as was delivery and assembly. Mattress is fabulously comfortable. All staff that we had dealings with were professional and great.

Cannot complain about the quality of…
Cannot complain about the quality of service. The sales staff in store were very friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable about all products. Delivery staff were prompt, and gave me an estimated time of delivery the day before and even called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They delivered to my top floor flat with ease and assembled the bed quickly and efficiently. They even removed their shoes before entering and were very friendly and polite.

Very reasonably priced, delivered when said it would be and drivers kept in contact and advised me of timeslot. Tom & Paul (Essex area)were fab delivery drivers, assembled the item very quickly, were knowledgeable and very tidy!

Really pleased with my new double bed mattress
Really pleased with my mattress purchase from Dreams on 25 May 2023 - I am sleeping much better as the old one was 25 years old. I liked the 2 staff who delivered it and took the old one away to be recycled. Very pleasant, well mannered people. They told me I could prolong the mattress’s lifetime by rotating it and by flipping it over in consecutive calendar months over a 4 month cycle which I’d never previously heard. I’d happily recommend Dreams to my friends and family. Thanks again.
