The store staff were very helpful and I have no issue with the shop, but I have only given one star due to the delivery issues. I received an email from dreams stating that my delivery date will be Friday July the 24th, so the day before, we dismantled our old bed and disposed of it. Just as soon as we got back from the rubbish tip I received another email saying it will now be delayed and is now scheduled for the 10th of September. I waited for a call back from customer services which they kindly did, offered me £100 as a Goodwill gesture Which I did accept. Apparently they're having issues in beds coming from overseas. I thought they were manufactured in the UK. I really want to cancel the order and get my refund, but I don't want to go through the same process again from another furniture store. I just hope it turns up on 10th September. I just wish we would all be warned on very late deliveries. The other thing that seems iffy is that you have to pay in full seven days prior to the delivery date and it was delayed the day after we paid off the total amount!

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent, took me to test the best mattress for me, finding out I had the wrong level of firmness for years, now sleeping much better. Helped me look at what offers were available. And also aftercare for me 4 free pillows with a code I forgot to use at the time. I spent over £3,000 on a lovely bed and mattress. Again, great customer service.

Everything about my experience with Dreams was brilliant. Popped into shop and was greeted by a charming young man. I told him exactly what I wanted (small double with storage and my budget). Was only shown what I asked for, never pressured and I made my purchase very quickly. Delivery was excellent, I was kept informed and my bed was also assembled very quickly and the delivery men were polite and efficient. I also love my bed and mattress

First rate customer service
While I had a few issues with the bed itself which were quickly resolved, I have to say the customer service has been absolutely fantastic. The team was responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to resolving everything as quickly as possible.
It’s rare to come across support that feels this attentive and professional, and it made a real difference to the overall experience. I felt listened to and taken seriously throughout, which goes a long way.
Great customer service can completely change how a situation feels, and in this case, they really delivered.
