Tried out two or three beds to see how we felt.Lady very helpful.Explained that my wife has allergies and Eczema and she suggested we opt for a mattress with inbuilt aloe Vera which we chose.

The salesperson in the store was amazing….knowledgeable and helpful and was good at selling beds! The whole experience was great….communication was excellent, particularly with delivery, and I felt like I was getting a really good deal by going into the store

I slept very well on my new bed, so well, on the fourth night I fell out of bed when I turned over!!! I sustained bruising to both knees and my shoulder. It could have been a lot worse, but it proves I slept well!!!

Nice greeting - useful information having quickly established what we were shopping for. Delivery team notified of time and carried up to bedroom and took off cellophane and took it away. All excellent.

Having previously bought a mattress from Dreams 8 years ago we returned to buy a new mattress, the sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable. We were kept updated on the delivery etc, the delivery arrived on time, the 2 guys were very professional, overshoes, handwashing that kind of thing, can’t fault so far.

The ottoman bed base is extremely good, the mattress whilst well made we are finding to firm for our requirements and are not having a good nights sleep, mattress from same supplier as previous, we will return to Dreams in a couple of weeks with a view to changing the mattress for a softer version, more expensive but that’s life, so glad Dreams offer this service.

my experience at dreams was amazing. I did begin to write a review to tell you how fabulous your staff are in hereford, however the machine just cut out and I lost all the wonderful comments I had made.
outstanding, is all I can say. staff just amazing. helpful and so very kind.
I did not purchase on my first visit and made it clear I was looking for good deal. 3 weeks later I was back and purchased headboard and divan base.
again, staff outstanding. I wish give could give both ladies a bunch of flowers, at the very least.
Both your drivers were a delight. so helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble.

Sandra was slick and professional but warm, friendly and personal. Choosing a mattress was really easy and not at all hurried or pressured.

Excellent service at the Hereford store. Very professional and helpful. The guy who put the beds up was great and left no mess whatsoever. Everything arrived on the planned dates no complaints whatsoever. Excellent products.
