Dreams - Horsham Reviews 

Visited Horsham Store on Sunday 2nd January. The store was inviting and fairly empty. Kerryn approached me with a friendly smile and offered to help choose my bed and headboard.

Really knowledgeable and helpful staff. My Ottoman bed and mattress are great. It is in my spare room and all that have slept on it say how comfortable it is. I would recommend.

Super simple service. Dreams have a great selection of beds of every size and they deliver right to your bedroom. Their fitters were very respectful and knowledgeable and had our new beds all set up to use as quick as a flash.

Great experience ! Been served by a very friendly member of staff in Horsham branch (can't remember the name unfortunately) , purchased the most comfy bed ever ! Tried the sleep motion machine, what a brilliant invention ! Delivered within less then a week and assembled by 2 very friendly members too ! Would 100% reccomend Horsham store

In shop experience great. thats where it ended. the day of delivery nothing turned up, no communication from Dreams. when I contacted the store I was hit with excuses and told that my delivery had been rescheduled…again no communication, no one had bothered to check with me that the rescheduled day was acceptable, and no compensation was even offered for what turned out to be quite an inconvenience. I had to ask for atleast a refund on the collection of my ild mattress which they agreed wasn’t unreasonable, so far I’ve heard nothing. Wouldn’t recommend or use again.

10/11/21 UPDATE: Thanks to Stephen from customer service for getting in touch. Fair play my review was answered swiftly and the offer of a small refund was very much appreciated. Thanks for resolving this.

Adam at the Horsham branch of Dreams was very helpful polite and efficient. Our bed was delivered on time and the driver and his partner were equally polite cheerful and efficient. Overall a very positive and stress free purchase.

We thought that finding the right new mattress would take time and be difficult. However it took one visit to the Horsham branch. We used the mattress finder, which gave us a good shortlist of mattresses to try. Adam, the sales advisor was informative and helpful and balanced giving us advice and then leaving us alone to test, diiscuss and consider. We decided within a day and the service so far has been excellent. I hope the experience of delivery and the sleeping on the new mattress will be just as good.

We popped into the store to browse knowing we needed a new bed and mattress. The staff were friendly, helpful & informative. The sleep match bed was fab and helped us narrow down choosing a mattress (there are so many it’s overwhelming!), and we are over the moon with what we’ve selected. The store was covid safe and the sales team were not pushy at all! We will be recommending dreams to friends and family. Thanks so much

Excellent customer service in store. The colleagues really understood my needs and were able to suggest products most suitable to my needs and budget. I was offered drinks and used the Sleepmatch machine. Plus my product is being delivered in 5 days which is much faster than I anticipated!

First Class experience upon my visit to the Dreams store in Horsham, the assistant serving was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions, gave plenty of time to my requests to try several mattresses of the same brand and also the various pillows

Went there to buy a bed frame. Was met by a very friendly young man who knew exactly what I was after and the process was nice and quick.
Dreams was the only store who could deliver within 2 weeks unlike others who were offering over 6weeks.
