Friendly staff, very helpful, realised had not got enough funds in account to pay for mattress before doing transfer and could only do this at home, found a way so I could book the mattress and phone and pay over the phone the next day.
Delivery was on time, with two very patient and kind men. All done very efficiently.

Michel assisted me and my mum in buying a couple of new mattresses for my new home. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and had excellent customer service. Would highly recommend the Huntingdon branch for all your bed needs - we will be coming back! Thank you.

Excellent customer service from Dave and Sally at Dreams in Huntingdon today.
I popped in on my way home from work today to have a quick look at the mattresses. A charming young man called Dave offered me body mapping to help me choose the most suitable mattress for me. It was amazing. A few questions and a three minute lie down on a snazzy bed was all it took for the body map bed to choose 5 mattresses to suit my needs. Then Dave showed me the 5 mattresses and allowed me as much time as I needed to lie on them and decide which I preferred. Dave and Sally were both knowledgeable about the mattresses and able to answer all the questions I had.
At no point did I feel pressured into buying or think that they were trying to up-sell. They both made me feel as though they were interested in helping me to choose the mattress that was most suitable for me.
I will be going back with my husband to get him body mapped too. Then we will be able to choose our favourite mattress.
I have already recommended them to a friend. Their customer service was exceptional.

I knew what I wanted when I went in to the shop so everything was pretty straight forward. The customer service was great and the ladies were really friendly. It was all very easy to arrange as I was also having a mattress
Good communication all the way. Was notified a couple of days before of time slot and deliver guys called me about 15 mins before they were due to deliver. Again very friendly and took no time to swap the mattress over and take the old one away. Nice and cheery aswell! And to top it....I love the mattress. Would defo use Dreams again

Excellent service from Dreams - I chose the Annison mattress in the sale as I already have one and I know it's comfortable. I chose to recycle my old mattress and a bag arrived promptly in the post in order for me to seal it up. The delivery guys were helpful and polite, and the whole swap was completed within 5 minutes. I'll come back to Dreams in future.

Bed delivered on time having phoned us beforehand and Paul and Kyle the delivery guys and installers were polite and very understanding about getting the item into a particularly difficult loft bedroom. Within less than thirty minutes the bed was built, packaging gone and the chaps were on their way to another delivery. Excellent service from ordering to a good nights sleep on a lovely new bed.

The mattress is very comfortable & the delivery was great.

On arriving I had a certain mattress in mind, from a price, firmness and reviews point of view.
Both Michele and Sally greeted us and between them, while we were enjoying a nice coffee explained all we needed to know about what to look for in a mattress.
I thought it was a straight forward thing, but I was wrong!
After our sleeping postures were analyzed on the "Sleepmatch" tester, it recommended a few different types & brands of mattress.
We walked around and tried out the ones it recommended and I also went to the ones I had in mind before I walked in the store.
My ones were quickly thrown out of the decision, as we had definitely found the right ones for us.
It was just a decision on variation of firmness which kept us there a little while longer.
Ordered the mattress there and then. Decided to take the 10 month interest free plan with a 20% deposit.
Also picked up some very cozy Tempur Pillows, new King sized double duvet, protectors.
I hadn't planned on spending more, have always been a cheap skate, but it was TOTALLY worth it, much better sleep and backs do not hurt any more from a horribly uncomfortable bed.

Excellent customer service - really friendly staff who put us at ease, and had excellent product knowledge. Perfect balance between engaging with us and giving us the time and space to try out the products. Good range of products at a range of prices. Sleep match machine was also good fun and helpful, having not done much research into mattresses before we came to the store. Overall a great experience, and would highly recommend Dreams to anyone :-)

The 2 members of staff were amazing, helpful, supportive, friendly, just amazing.

Fantastic Knowledge of amazing courteous and friendly assistant Michel which led us to purchase a bed that matched us perfectly and with a 100 day sleep guarantee.

When we arrived at the store, Michel greated us, explained the store & showed us to the 'SleepMatch' explained how it worked, after it had finished, explained the results & the types of mattress which we may find best.

Showed us around the store, explaining the types of mattress that the 'SleepMatch' has advice along with what the mattress offered, spring, pocket etc. We were than left to revisit & try the mattress on our own, so we could make a choice.

Once we had decided which mattress we had to leave the store so we could talk about how we were going to pay for the mattress.

On our return Michel was busy with another customer so Sally, took us through the paperwork that we need to do to purchase the mattress

Excellent customer service! The store was close to closing time and we wasn’t rushed at all, we was encouraged to take our time before making any decisions. The staff were so friendly and honest.

Simply an outstanding experience couldn’t fault a single thing, will definitely be using dreams in the future.

I first spoke to a member of staff on the helpline, she was so polite and helpful. Went into store and they were really friendly and very helpful, I got what I wanted and will 100% be going back soon to buy another bed for me. Beds are so comfy and plenty to choose from.
