Assistant very knowledgeable and patient and took time to explain all about the different types of mattresses

My experience was great the staff were Very helpful I walk into the store and had a look around the beds I went to a member of staff I the could help me look for new bed

The lady in the shop was very helpful and explained all the choices I had and also made the purchase if it easy. The delivery men were great they took my mattress up the stairs and also put it on my bed and were nice

Delivery on time, bed has been great adjusting mattress is superb for comfort and to watch tv at the touch of a button

Shop staff polite and helpful. Used the sleep match machine and identified the mattress’ that would suit.

Staff in the shop were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us choose the most suited products within our budget and without any pressure to buy.
The delivery team were also very good. They wore overshoes to protect my flooring and offered advice on how best to assemble my bed frame.

Ordered product from Dreams ,Irvine, Ayrshire. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. All our questions were answered fully and we were never put under any pressure. At all times we were kept informed about delivery and mattress was delivered on time and the old one removed. Will most certainly use Dreams in the future.

Had a great experience when purchasing my new bed, mattress and mattress protector alongside 8 year guarantee with mattress too. The bed is the most sturdy of beds. The mattress is extra firm which I need. I am a heavy set woman and I've never felt more secure on a bed in my life. The mattress is honestly the best one I've had. The extra storage is exactly what I need. The staff in store were all lovely. The gentleman who helped me greeted me straight away and offered help. Gave great advice and I use a machine to help with choosing a mattress. The other staff were so polite, offering refreshments whilst I was in the middle of making my purchase which they really didn't have to but they went out their way to do so. I would highly recommend of buying a bed from dreams definitely go in store. The calm atmosphere is to be admired and the kindness shown was above and beyond. Thanks and I will be buying from dreams again as well as having recommending you to a friend recently on the hunt for a new bed. Thank you.

First class service by the team in the shop. Offering tea coffee or water. Great at explaining all the mattresses we looked at. So would definitely recommend Dreams for beds.
