We bought the Padstow mattress king size, its a bit firmer than expected but still very comfortable, unfortunately for me I have arthritis in my left hip which is causing me pain at night so I have had to buy a mattress topper, no slight on the mattress though my husband and I are very happy with it and Dreams were great.

Good communication. On time. Efficient. Clean and tidy.

OK, so you pay a bit more but well worth it with guarantees, I also got free pillows. Overall a pleasant non pushy experience. I found the perfect mattress and I can change it if it's not as comfy as I experienced in the shop too!
There was lots of offers and catered for different budgets. There was even interest free.

Company kept us up to date with delivery. Explained how bed worked. Most of all felt they were honest and delivery on time very tidy men who built bed and were careful of our property!

Staff were brilliant and picking a bed was easier than I thought, we were put on a bed that works out the best bed for you and it works. staff thought of everything,and have already recommended Irvine shop to my friend.

Excellent service from when we entered the store. Knowledgeable staff who measured us using the computer technology of the body assessment plus helped us through every stage of selecting a mattress, bed frame. No pressure applied on what to buy plus left us to discuss what we wanted. Also offered coffee/tea whilst in the shop. Delivery date agreed with installation. All in an enjoyable experience and would recommend the Irvine store for the friendliness of the staff.

My initial experience with the staff was with Donna from the Irvine store.
She was extremely helpful, not a pushy sales person who was only interested in the sale.
To explain,
I had visited three other bed outlets and did not feel comfortable at all.
I felt no pressure in this store and after spending all of my working life in customer service, I felt comfortable and confident and that definitely swayed me to buy from your company.
Unfortunately, I had a family emergency and had to put back delivery quite a few times. Donna and her colleagues were very understanding and I finally managed to receive my new bed last week. The two gentlemen who delivered and built my bed were absolutely lovely and very understanding.
I have been thoroughly impressed with everyone have encountered during this process and special thanks to Donna . Her customer service and genuine caring attitude went a long way .

Sales ladies were very informative and friendly. Delivery drivers were amazing . A very good experience with no problems.

Both my fiancé and I went into the Dreams store located in Irvine. We were welcomed by all staff and after having a look around ourselves, Kenny offered us to use the Sleepmatch equipment that recommended which type of mattress was best suited for us. Kenny was very informative, friendly and ensured that we got the best value for our budget.

My new bed and mattress has gave me sleep at night and no more backs in the morning The staff and delivery Driver and made were good at their job at dreams..

Great service from start to finish very satisfied customer

My husband and i visited the Irvine store after shopping around for a bed.I must say the staff were very helpful and courteous,we told them what kind of bed we would like and they showed us several to try,we were not pressured in any way but explained the type of mattress,s that would suit our needs,after choosing the bed we were asked if we would like a drink while the paperwork was being done,overall Kenny and the lady assistant made our purchase pleasurable.We took delivery of the bed a few days later where they gave us a 2hour slot which they came 15min into the first hour,it took Pawel and his mate 5min from start to finish,a great experience overall.Well done Dream Team we will be back.
