The company did everthing it said it would, in a timely no hassle manner. Couldnt fault anything.
The bed went together really well, a sturdy solid bit of kit, really well made.

The salesman was interested in what we wanted and tried hard to help

the staff member who helped us was first class. she new her products and was kind and patient while we took up a reasonable amount of her time while choosing a new mattress and pillows.

Staff so helpful and we were kept up to date with delivery at all times. Delivery drivers were so pleasant and very helpful. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. Thanks Dreams would definitely recomend.

My experience on the purchase of my mattress was excellent as Kenny the sales assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable & helped me decide on the correct purchase that I required. All the staff in the showroom were very friendly & helpful. The staff created a very relaxed/friendly atmosphere & I didn't feel I was pushed into having to purchase a product from them.
I was very happy with the new mattress on delivery but was looking to purchase the same mattress but a different size, when I went into look at price had noticed the mattress had been reduced another £90. I contacted customer service team to express my frustration and they have offered me £15 off if I purchase another mattress but cannot do anything relating to mattress purchased & delivered day before I noticed price difference. Although I am happy with product I have purchased, I feel let down with customer service team & offer they have offered me.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Shown many mattresses within our budget and no pressure to buy. When we did eventually choose one it was almost closing time but staff stayed on to close the sale which took some time as the card reader system was down.

The whole experience from in the shop talking to the sales people who was verry helpful with no pressure explaining the difference and to delivery on time and with no fuss and some useful comments - well done

From entering the store, the matress assessment, the list of suggested matresses, the patience and knowledge of my assistant right through to delivery and the delivery guys. First class service and I now have a really comfortable matress. Would definitely recommend Dreams.

The knowledge the staff had about their mattresses and bed frames and tailoring so you get the right bed for your needs

The guys that brought the bed were extremely professional & efficient, from bringing in parts of the bed building it, removing packaging & some more of the bed ect until it was all complete, they also wore shoe covers on their feet, very pleasant young men 10/10 from me

Worth every penny! The comfort is amazing. No more waking up every hour with sore hips or back. I wake up every morning now refreshed and ready to go.
I barely move all night. I always said I would not spend the money on one of these mattresses. However after years of aches and pains and being wakened more than asleep I could not continue and something had to change. I have always bought good beds but as I have got older the aches and pains set in.
Wish I had bought one years ago. Love it.
