Happy customer
Received good service in the Kings Lynn store, extremely helpful staff. Buying a bed is very expensive and it needs to be right. We've had our new bed from Dreams for 10 days now and we are very happy and sleeping really well. Appreciate being able to change the mattress if not happy but we are definitely completely happy with our purchase.

New mattress and bed base
Really pleased with the purchase of our new mattress and ottoman bed base. A Great buying experience and really nice staff at King’s Lynn shop. The delivery guys were also very nice and careful getting the bed upstairs.
I would definitely recommend Dreams if you are looking to buy a new bed.

Very happy with our new bed
Very happy with the bed, good mattress and pillows. The ottoman storage is a bonus and very easy to use.
In store we were looked after by Lucie who was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The delivery team were on time, courteous and very professional taking great care with the bed and our property.
We would recommend Dreams to anyone.

Just a perfect experience
We ordered a Sleigh Bed from Dreams which on the day was £899.00. Nothing wrong with that is what we wanted. It is well made and a lovely colour and material.
A week later the same bed which hadn't been delivered yet was £300 cheaper. I Web chat Dreams about that and to their credit they said that as the bed had not been delivered they will give us back the £300.00. It came in this morning.
Well done Dreams for making us very happy indeed.👏
