Turn a negative into a positive
I’ll be honest and say I dreaded having to go bed shopping because of past experience with pushy salespeople. I can honestly say I didn’t feel like I was at any point under pressure to buy. All the staff treats myself and family with such warmth and made us feel like we were valued. The sleep match assessment was definitely worth doing and I’m now the owner of a super comfy Thera-pur mattress and bed.

We found Simon very helpful and efficient. He was a naturally friendly person who could train some store assistants in how to act around customers...just a likeable fella. Found me a great bargain too! I left walking on air because I had exactly what I wanted at a fab price.

I don’t believe the mattress I received was brand new, it smelled strongly of sanitizer and there wasn’t any product information with it , it also felt uneven in firmness. I no longer trust this company
