Excellent customer service after an error
I had previously had a problem, because the wrong bed was delivered. But I have been very pleased with the way Dreams have made sure the correct bed was delivered this time and also delivered it within two weeks of the previous delivery. They really went out of their way to correct the error, I am very pleased with my bed and will recommend Dreams to anyone else.

Great service and friendly staff in store plus the slickest delivery on record. (Deliver new mattress and collect old one for recycling in less than 30 seconds).

Went in store to view an ottoman frame…
Went in store to view an ottoman frame I liked online. Fell in love with it in person. I was overwhelmed at first about searching for the perfect mattress but quickly felt at ease after testing the sleep match technology, after trialling the beds recommended by the sleep match I found the right bed for me. I went over my budget slightly but I believe there's no price to comfort especially for someone who occasionally suffers from back and shoulder pain.
