Very helpful and friendly staff. Very impressed with the bed you lie on and the computer suggests the right mattress to suit you. Delivery was within a week and delivery men very helpful especially as we are pensioners nothing too much trouble. Would recommend Dreams in Peterborough 100%.

Aftercare from dreams have given me confidence in company again
Change to review due to Dreams contacting myself regarding my poor experiance.
Dreams were apologetic for the bad experiance and refunded installation cost.
This has gone a long way in changing my opinion of this company and will use again thanks to their aftercare service wishing to put the issues suffered right.

From the moment we entered the store…
From the moment we entered the store the staff were really helpful. The mattress we ordered was delivered the exact day they said it would and the delivery team offered advice on the care of the mattress. Care was taken on delivering the item into the bedroom. Great service.

New Mattress
We have been previous customers of Dreams so when it was time to replace the mattress we returned. What a difference the technology is amazing as was the staff member who spent time with us to make sure we got the right mattress for us.

We had great service from Alisha at the Peterborough store today. She helped us with the sleep assessment and then was very informative when showing us the suitable mattresses. She was also a pleasure to deal with when checking out as well. We’re looking forward to getting our new mattress. It was very comfy!!
