A really great experience
A really great experience. The person who served us was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect bed. My wife and I are both getting a far better quality sleep with our new bed and mattress.

Whole experience was excellant.
Delivery was very good. Two nice men fitted the new bed. Didn’t take long to fit. Took the old bed away.
Bed is very comfortable so are the pillows.

My dream matress
When I arrived at dreams I was met by smiling staff. I was escorted to the bed that accesses what mattress I need. Then I was shown the mattress choices I had, I wasn't rushed and went back and forth until my decision was made.

Great service when we visited the shop
Great service when we visited the shop. We were shown several beds and finally settled on one. Delivery was as stated and the delivery team were pleasant and efficient. Even better, we have only had the bed a couple of weeks, but so far, we love it.

Just visited the Peterborough store...…
Just visited the Peterborough store and served by Omar who was excellent from start to finish. Knowledgeable, kind and very patient while we laid on about 6 mattresses after the initial assessment. We were offered refreshments were not pushed to purchase one but couldn't refuse the offer of the mattress with pillows thrown in, would definitely recommend visiting this store! (Make sure you get served by Omar!)

Dreams were excellent from beginning to end .... I found a mattress the chap was so helpful without being pushy offered me and my family drinks while we filled out the paperwork/delivery address. On the day of delivery the team were 10:10 and took my old mattress away. My partner and I have never had such a brilliant nights sleep. Well done Dreams you were great ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Mattress where 'Dreams' are made
Bought my existing mattress 2 years ago, it was springy and from a recent incident learned how soft and springy it was when said person, managed to break a bed slat by going through the mattress.....intentionally didn't think that was even possible, nor was the person heavy....but all I will say is it really killed the romance having to take time out, fetching a drill, screws and a length of 2 x 1 timber to repair the damage. Luckily the night was not fully ruined 😆
After the incident, and notificing minor lower back pain and a few more clicky joints, it was time to go see Dreams to get an analysis on my situation. They first advise that bouncing on the bed wasn't ideal, they also explained they did not sell spare slats! But, advised the sleep match machine, where after 3mins of a minor back massage the results came back! In triple figures.....
Luckily the 100 sleep guarantee meant the exact same one was in clearance. (Still in triple figures).
But a deal was to be made that day, for the assistant could see the stresses of the customer, went off an did the figure and came back with a deal of a Dream come true! And more! Freebies! Delivery, new duvet, protector, pillows all for £200 less. Bargain! Even was kind to give me a huge recycling bin bag, which I learned was needed for the old mattress. 🤦♂️
Delivery in 4 weeks time due to my busy commitments but no doubt a good night's sleep and the start of some body repair.

My bed was delivered on time and the people were every nice as well.
from 2 weeks now I enjoy my night sleeps in my comfy bed.
