A Dream Experience.
From the moment we walked into the showroom, and were greeted by a very pleasant assistant called Alisha.
It was a straight forward experience. I had done my research and we had already chosen a bed frame, it was just the mattress we needed help with.
We chose the Francesca Ottoman, and decided on the Kirkham mattress after trying several in store.
The only slight problem we had, was the delivery date got pushed back two weeks.
The bed and mattress arrived yesterday, well within the 2 hour time slot allocated.
The delivery drivers Josh 1 and Josh 2 could not have been more helpful, they really went above and beyond.
We could not be happier with our new purchase.

Really pleased with the delivery…
Really pleased with the delivery service. They put on overshoes to take my mattress up to my bedroom, unpacked the mattress and took away the packaging. The mattress is great although not as cool as I was expecting it be.

Great customer service
Great customer service, the unique bed analysis to find out what type of bed best for us gave several option at various price ranges so had a good selection to try out before making your final decision. They also keep you up today date with delivery time/date.

Great bed and great customer experience
Really glad I chose Dreams to replace an old bed. Ordering was a straightforward process and everything was explained clearly to me. When I had to change the agreed date for delivery there was no drama - just an efficient rescheduling that worked for me. Love the new bed and side table. Both look smart and well-built and it’s a pleasure to go to bed each night!

Really good price for quality of mattress ordered in the sale did mean there was a 2/3 week delay for delivery.
