Excellent service from the Dreams branch at Peterborough. The agent was very polite and professional.

My only problem is that the mattress does not have the hand grips to assist in turning and lifting to put fitted sheets on. Slightly heavier than my previous bed.

Otherwise the delivery and time excellent. Delightful gents who delivered. Liked the fact that overshoes worn when entering house.

Wasn’t hopeful in buying a suitable bed but came away buying one that we are very happy with. Great knowledge too

Everything from buying to delivery was brilliant I cannot fault anything or anyone, make sure you go on the machine it helped us find our perfect Mattress straight away without trying the whole lot our mattress we picked was the very first the machine suggested

I don't normally leave reviews, but I was very impressed with the service today at the Peterborough store from a woman called Alisha. She spent so much time talking us through some great choice if mattresses, but at the same time I didn't feel like I was being pressured at all to purchase from them. All the mattresses felt like great quality, and there were so many to choose from. It feels great knowing we have the 100 day guarantee.

Company and salesman was great, let me trial all mattresses before approaching to utilise the machine. The machine then tested my sleeping positions after a thorough chat of what I was looking for, the mattress I picked was my 2nd most option (as well as the first choice that I tried beforehand) customer service was excellent throughout!

The sales person was good and helped us find the right bed.

Ordered and arranged delivery, on time, very helpful and pleasant delivery men. Overshoes were worn and all done in a very short time. Mattress is a "dream" and has eased my back ache. So pleased I chose this.

Brandon at Dreams was an absolute superstar when it came to helping me find the perfect mattress. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the whole process smooth and stress free. He wasn’t pushy at all just super helpful, taking the time to explain every detail and making sure I left 100% happy with my purchase.

And here’s the funny part we both have the same name! It was like buying a mattress from myself, only a much cooler, more knowledgeable version. I guess good taste in names also translates to good taste in mattresses. If you’re shopping at Dreams, do yourself a favour and ask for Brandon in Peterborough you’ll be in excellent hands!

So much better than sleeping on the bed base without support so much more comfortable.The assistant was helpful and even though was late nothing was any trouble

The mattresses ar appalling they were delivered beginning of December. The mattresses smelt so bad we were unable to sleep on them and consequently we are now having to sleep on the floor until the end of January until alternative replacement mattresses are delivered. We were told by Dreams the mattresses were sprayed for bugs and bacteria before they were wrapped and this is why they smelt. At the moment we have got nowhere with Dreams in them getting us temporary mattresses we can sleep on until the alternative mattresses arrive. It is clear the faulty mattresses were contaminated this is why they smell so bad. My husband has just come out of hospital after undergoing major surgery and he has no bed to sleep on. Dreams have turned a blind eye to this and done nothing which for me is a major concern. Don't buy a bed or mattress from Dreams go elsewhere. Dreams have taken my money for an alternative mattresses but I am still awaiting an invoice and confirmation of delivery date which I've not received as yet. I am having to chase them all the time. There customer service is appalling having to wait well over an hour to speak to someone. I am taking this experience up with Trading Standards.

This is not a review of the company itself, rather a review of one of your delivery drivers, today (20th of November) myself driving with my wife and young daughter in the car, driving from Moulton Chapel to Peterborough on the A16 were tailgated by one of your vehicles, they drove inches from my vehicle for some time, I then thought to my relief they had pulled off the road into the layby just after the junction for Crowland only to find they were trying to undertake us using the layby, they then forced us into oncoming traffic as they emergeed at my side causing me to take evasive action to avoid a collision with your vehicle and
the oncoming cars, the time of the incident was 14:30 the registration of the vehicle is BL24 WYG, the driver appeared young, had a beard and a red football scarf was laid across the dash in front of him, the reason for leaving this review is simply because we contacted your Peterborough branch after the incident and they couldn't care less.
I hope you can talk to the driver about his actions as it won't be long before he causes an accident or worse a fatality.
