Very helpful staff explained everything and helped me get the right mattress

Great choice, helpful staff and no rush to make a decision. The showroom is well laid out making browsing easy.
Harrison was super helpful and set us up on the sleep mapping machine to help us in our purchase decision.

We popped into the Portslade branch of Dreams to look for a new mattress and found the whole experience to surprisingly relaxed and enjoyable. (How often does shopping mean lying down and relaxing 😁.

We were served by Harrison who was excellent; he was attentive, knowledgeable but also gave us space and allowed us to decide, providing guidance when needed. Our new mattress is scheduled to be delivered in next few weeks so cannot rate the mattress, but the service by Harrison and range of mattresses was excellent. It's well worth popping in.

The store is well laid out, clean and smart, and has a very good range on display.
On both of the occasions we visited the showroom the staff were particularly impressive…being friendly, polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
At no stage on our first visit did we feel there was any ‘hard sell’ in operation and that is why we returned to make a purchase on our second visit.

Person who served me was very helpful, wasn’t pushy which is a big no no with me if they are I run for the door. I was surprised to be given a nice cup tea as soon as I arrived. I have no complaints

We’ve been meaning to get a new single bed and mattress for the small room and a new king size mattress for the main bedroom for a very long time.
We hauled ourselves down to the local showroom in Brighton and Hove and had the best customer experience from a guy named Guy. He listened to our needs and sorted us out a great package.
Delivery came on the selected day and time without a hitch. The Dream Team came and took our old bed and mattresses away before setting up the new.
It’s wonderful to be sleeping on lovely new beds.
We used Dreams a good 17 years before for the old King size we had, so we were long overdue to replace it, especially when you’ve had 2 people sleeping on it who are over 20 stone in weight.
Thank you to all at Dreams. We will use you again in the future and we won’t leave it 17 plus years this time.

Excellent customer service. I hot drink offered while we tried out the beds recommendedby their sleepmatch machine. 6 suggested covering all price ranges. Clear explanation of any queries re construction. Plus the bed chosen was delivered on a convenient date for us and old bed removed for recycling. Would highly recommend this branch in Portsladem Sussex.
