Dreams is a nightmare

Dreams is a nightmare.
I’ve now had 3 visits. 2 on original order as the bed was faulty. Advised to order a different bed..and that is faulty so awaiting a 4th visit to rectify. And to add insult to injury they have emailed me to ask for £220 for what I don’t know. Pricing not changed, faulty good delivered 3 times, time of work and now a bill for £220.
Avoid Dreams as it’s a nightmare. Incompetence in the shop as well as customer service.

Thanks so much to the amazing Kyle at Reigate Dreams. Superb communication from Kyle from start to finish ordering my Tempur mattress and pillows. My sister and I met Kyle in the Reigate branch when we visited the store. We were keen to test the mattresses in different tensions. Kyle was highly knowledgeable, kind and professional. She showed us each Tempur bed and also the pillows. The order was later placed via the telephone and the bed was delivered seamlessly! Thanks again Kyle, you’re great! I am delighted with the new mattress and pillows. So comfortable, I’d recommend Kyle personally at the Reigate branch. You deserve full credit for your hard work and passion for the product. We had a super service from Dreams…

We had a super service from Dreams Reigate, Kyle was the store adviser who helped find the right bed and mattress for us. He was very thorough and helpful with extensive knowledge which helped us pick the perfect bed. The delivery men David and Sammy were also incredibly professional and completed the experience by taking the old bed and assembling the new one to a high standard. We have now been sleeping in our new bed for 2 weeks and it is absolutely perfect. You have two very happy and well rested customers.

Staff are committed to you finding your comfy new bed

Great staff experience, we did a bed test to find the right types of bed, and we were offered tea / coffee. In addition, the staff gave us space when we were deciding which is great as sometimes staff in general stores linger, making it awkward when talking prices.

Well done guys, great experience and our bed is really like sleeping on a cloud.

It was a smooth experience start to…

It was a smooth experience start to finish. The shop assistant was excellent, gave great advice, and wasn't pushy at all. Made choosing a bed and mattress very easy. Delivery was smooth and drivers were polite and efficient. The bed and mattress are just what we wanted. Very pleased overall and would recommend.

The Dreams experience - Reigate

Having entered the Reigate shop slightly wary about how the experience might pan out ( a fear of over-pushy sales practices) we left having been brilliantly looked after and very much guided through our options with a focus on what mattered to us, not "the sale."

Walked into the shop in Reigate and was…

Walked into the shop in Reigate and was greeted straight away by very pleasant young lady who was extremely helpful pleasant and knowledgeable was offered coffee and made very welcome
Delivery of mattress was prompt efficient and two very polite young men took away all the wrapping
