Every aspect of my visit to the store was perfect.
Helpful sales team nothing to much trouble.

Everything went as they said it would. All the staff I came into contact with were so helpful and friendly. Will certainly shop with them again . . . . Thank you ! This won't let me review more than one store as dealt with two, so a special shout out to the Yeovil store too !

Jamie who served us was knowledgeable and recommended the sleep match which was great as it recommended a mattress for you based on your body and sleeping position. This meant we didn’t have to lie on every mattress it recommended the best three and also the type of firmness needed.

I really recommend getting your bed and mattress from Dreams. This is the 2nd time I have bought from them, and the experience was great again. Their Dream Machine, to calculate what mattresses will suit, is great to use. Staff are super polite, helpful, patient and very good at explaining the products and assisting you select. Finance is offered to spread the cost of payment and my delivery was set up for the later that week. Delivered when they said it would be, the mattress has been so lovely to sleep on.Follow up e-mail to make sure everything was to my satisfaction too. Thank you Dreams!

Everything was great! Very pleased

Made to feel at ease from the minute we walked in. The saleswoman wasn't pushy at all and really got to know our needs before providing some recommendations. She didn't try to to point us in the direction of their most expensive bedframes or try to upsell us anything afterwards. She happily just left us to test out a few beds, but stayed close enough to answer any questions we had. Delivery was when they said they would be (in fact they were a little early, but called ahead to check if that was ok - which of course it was). We were after a simple divan and headboard to last us a few years whilst we update our house, but the quality seems such that I think we'll definitely be keeping it much longer.

Paul was friendly, knowledgeable and allowed us the time to try several mattresses. His customer service was exceptional.

I had a list of questions to ask and without me having to dig into my handbag, the young lady explained everything on my list and even more.
When the new mattress came it was well wrapped so there were no marks on the mattress itself.
The delivery man gave us a call on the phone and was delivered on time.
I only wish I could get one the same in a double size for
my bed?
I went back and I was really very lucky as there was one there the same make as the single one that I ordered so now I have a double one for my bed and I had the best nights sleep in a very long time 😴🥱

Myself and my partner had always bought cheap when purchasing a mattress but after having a bad back it was time to invest in something better. We were new to the whole experience and from the minute we walked into the store at Salisbury the customer service was amazing. We went onto the mattress machine to work out which type of mattress was best for us, it then gave us a list to go and try (amazing bit of kit by the way) we where left very relaxed throughout the whole experience and as we tried each one down the list the lady described all the differences between them if any. We wanted to just try Benson for Beds afterwards to make sure we had looked everywhere however after walking in their store the customer service was awful so we walked straight back out. If it wasn’t for the AMAZING customer service at Dreams then we might not have purchased from there and of course the product we received was at a very top level. Again thank you very much :)

The matress is comfortable and it arrived promptly and the men carried it up to the bed. The lady who sold it to us was great. She was very helpful, fun, informative. We came away feeling it was an enjoyable experience even though we had parted with our money!!

Incredible service. From when we entered the Salisbury Dream's branch to our exit upon purchasing the service went beyond the expected. The store manager David was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us pick the right mattress, frame and pillows to match our wants and needs. I would highly recommend Salisbury's Dreams to both friends and family.

Excellent experience in store. Delivered on time - nice considerate delivery guys and bed is excellent.

I had to wait a few weeks for delivery but other than that all is fine, I like our new mattress. The sales and delivery teams were really good , and helpful advice given.
