Great customer service
Customer service from arrival in the shop to delivery of the mattress was great. Very helpful all round with the mattress assessment to establish which might be the best type of mattress for us.
My only query would be charging the customer (a not unsubstantial amount) to recycle the old mattress when Dreams then use that old mattress to produce other things and make more profit. The mattress removal should be free in those circumstances.

From first to last dealings with Dreams was all positive.
The initial sales assistant in the shop was extremely helpful, very pleasant, informative and not pushy. The assistant who took my call and remainder of my payment was very helpful and the delivery team were respectful of my home and very efficient and pleasant. It seemed that my experience was important to them and it was good to be treated as a valued customer, not as just another number.
The product is so comfortable even my dog has noticed the difference lol. She keeps sneaking off upstairs to bed!!!

Great personal service from the Salisbury store including a suggestion of an equivalent bed for a much reduced price, saving us hundreds of pounds. Very happy with the whole service, from ordering through to the delivery, build and removal of old bed. Couldn’t have wanted better really.
