We were impressed by the friendly and efficient way the staff presented when we went to the shop to select and purchase a mattress right through to the delivery men.
We are very pleased with our mattress and would certainly recommend Dreams to other people .

All was good in the shop very helpful with the choosing of are bed the delivery was excellent with plenty of notice of when the bed was coming and the driver and his mate where pleasant and helpful
The only downside that I do have in the shop they kept on trying to sell me the build the bed option and how much of a hard bed it was to build as when I came to build it it was very simple

We had a lovely experience choosing our mattress we choose a Tempur mattress which we have found very comfy I would definitely recommend it

The shop was lovely and clean and there was a huge choice of products.
It was quick and easy to order my new mattress, and I had a choice of delivery dates.

Very friendly and helpful staff who took time to understand our needs

We had tried to buy a mattress from Emma Sleep but after two months of promises and,....nothing, ...eventually they refunded. It was so simple to deal with Dreams who delivered a quality product in two weeks and took our old mattress away in 10 minutes. It was a lesson learnt to use local outlets in the future and avoid online companies who cannot compete on customer service.

The delivery men were polite, but by the time they got the returned mattress into the van the cover which I had purpose and struggled to fit and seal was in shredded
So much for Health & Safety ,!!

We were made welcome in the store and were given plenty of assistance in choosing the right products. The mattresses we chose are excellent.

Really good experience, checkout was good and nice I could pick a day for my mattress to be delivered! Delivery men were also amazing and so helpful , even carried the mattress upstairs for me, lovely!

I was informed the proposed delivery time slot at 13.07 on 30th Aug and informed you were unable to accept any requests to change this. Delivery to be on 31st Aug between 13.30 andb15.30. This was confirmed at 8.07 on 31st.
At 8.45 on 31st I received a text from your driver changing the time slot to between 12.00 and 14.00 making no allowance for arrangements I had made to comply with the time slot I had been given .
