Dreams - Shrewsbury Reviews 

Visited the Dreams store in Shrewsbury yesterday (10.9.23) to look for a bed.

I typically walk out if a store when faced with a pushy try too hard sales person, but that was not my experience at Dreams. Was supported in my purchase by Scott who was on hand when we needed him and went into the background when we didn’t.
First class service provided by Scott and Dreams resulted in a very happy customer with a £5k purchase

Having made the decision to replace our bed and that in the guest room the last thing we wanted would have been to encounter a showroom where the staff were less than professional and helpful. We had not been to the store before but were pleased to find that the choice of beds was good, the information on display was helpful and the attention of the person who dealt with our questions was spot on, calm and helpful. The attention of this man throughout the process of deciding on the beds and then competing the transaction was faultless. Everything was explained, including the process for delivery of the new beds and removal of the old ones. The follow up emails of confirmation and explanation were concise and helpful. The delivery of the beds was as arranged, on time and efficient. We are now happily sleeping on the new bed and are so far completely satisfied. We have since the first visit returned to the store to purchase headboards and, once again, the service was excellent.

Everything worked as it should.
Delivery arrived on time. Product was fine. Price was good.

Very helpful staff ,we have restricted access into an attic room .They came up with different options and ideas for us .

Dreams with disabled access. Great as long as their staff do not keep parking their cars in a disabled parking space right in front of their shop.
May all disabled people visiting this shop take note.

We visited this shop early April (Dreams, Shrewsbury).The lady assistant, Elizabeth, was most helpful giving us information on the mattresses that we looked at without giving us the 'hard sell'.
We decided on the Therapur ActiGel Glacier 3600, it was delivered on the arranged date by two great deliver men who arrived at the time arranged, they even covered their feet to protect our carpets - very impressive.
We have now had this mattress for 2 months and it is so comfy to anything we have had previously. It was an excellent choice, a special thanks to Elizabeth (Liz) for all your advice. ( Recommend 15inch deep fitted sheets for this mattress , makes bedmaking easier)

Friendly helpful store staff, no pressure. Pleased with Ottoman bed sale offer we chose, having also looked at rival stores. Delivery updates were faultless. Delivery staff were polite and offered assembly advice when i enquired. Took significantly longer than stated to assemble Ottoman bed, even though i'm an engineer, plus definitely does require two people, but pleased with build quality and end result.

All round great service, from the in store staff in Shrewsbury and the delivery team. We were notified at each stage of delivery and timings which were spot on. Also delivery team respected our property.
