Excellent service from start to finish, went to the St Helens branch looking for a basic bed for one of the spare rooms, Ashley showed us many alternatives that we hadn’t thought of and came up with the ideal solution! Also I have to add that the delivery guys were brilliant, very helpful and professional!

Called into St Helens branch to browse for a new bed. No pressure sales techniques, just really excellent customer service. The Sleep Match technology was really helpful and we made a choice with delivery 4 weeks hence, which is fine.

These guys understand what customer service is all about. They don't merely pay lip-service to it - makes a refreshing change.

Friendly and helpful staff. Not pushy with the sales techniques - offered us a hot drink and let us browse before offering extra assistance. We used the sleep machine to find our perfect mattress and it really does work! Tried lots of different mattresses and ended up with one recommended by the machine. Also got to test the bed with tempur pillows and ended up purchasing 2 of those as well as they were so comfortable. Would definitely recommend this company if you’re looking to purchase a new bed/mattress.

The delivery was on time they was helpful and work to put the new bed together and show me how to lift also advised me when to turn mattress.

Great bed frame, looks fabulous! The ottoman facility is really spacious. The mattress is just right after using the facility in the shop to recommend what was best for us. Our experience, in the showroom, was very good. The team who brought and constructed the frame were very efficient and friendly, I would recommend them. All the accessories are lovely. Very happy with our new bed and getting comfy nights sleep.

Staff in the shop really friendly and helpful. The 2 lads who delivered the bed were fantastic and had no problem putting into our garage for us. Both of them were really chatty and friendly and stacked the bed boxes neatly in the garage for us.

Getting the Bed I wanted at a very good price with a few extras thrown in.

Always go to dreams when we need beds/mattresses. Always ask for Kevin. He is honest and knowledgeable. I always feel he isn’t trying to ‘sell’. I would highly recommend.

Having good staff who know what to do and because the staff are very friendly and helpful when we went in the st Helens store they made us a hot brew and help us with everything we needed to know
