Needed new Mattress for Bed Base bought from Dreams last year.
Checked online and then went in store to look at and try.
Bought mattress and given delivery day.
Received email day before with time slot. Delivery man rang 20mins before delivery on the day. Arrived promptly, respected property and put in hallway as per delivery instruction.

To warn people of the 100 night free trial of new mattress - if you decide to change there is a £65 charge to change - we were not told about this and buried in the T&C - even the delivery driver told us “remember you have 100 night to test the mattress and if it’s not suitable we can exchange with no hassle” - yes he was right no hassle just more money

Delivered when they said it would be delivered .delivery staff took mattress upstairs and put shoe covers on so as not to mark carpet.very personable manner

Really quick delivery, received the same week I ordered, fabulous service and the delivery guys were great, on time, very helpful and friendly.

Ordered a Woodstock double bed in Ash, have previously purchased a Woodbridge double bed from Dreams a few years ago & also dressing table for a spare room and couldn't have been more pleased with how they've been.
This bed was the same, took a little time but easy to assemble and looks fantastic. Good solid feel, doesn't make a sound as compared to it's predecessor which we bought from a well known competitor and was nowhere as solid as these from Dreams.
Paid the extra for sprung-slats on both beds which have been well worth the money.
Thanks to sales staff (? Toni) in St Helens store for her help in purchasing the bed and for getting us the earliest possible delivery date.
Thanks also to delivery driver David & his colleague who were 'spot-on' - rang me on the day with update on delivery and even managed to deliver earlier than expected which gave a head start on assembly.
