Excellent service. Gabi and Adam were friendy and helpful and explained the different types of mattress. There was no sales pressure and they let us test all the mattresses at our leisure. It was an unexpectedly enjoyable experience and we are very happy with our purchase and the price. Would definitely recommend!

Needed a new mattress as my old memory…
Needed a new mattress as my old memory foam had lost its memory. Went to Dreams tried their new sleep technology to help me decide. Liz who guided us through the process was lovely. There was no hovering or pressure, and we were given time to try the different options the service was fabulous. The mattress arrived with a wonderful delivery team who were very considerate & polite they introduced themselves Jamie & Steve put overshoes on and hey presto new mattress. I can honestly say I'm a new woman with resolving back & shoulder pain I am now getting a proper night's sleep. I'm delighted with the service with all those that I had contact with and with my new mattress.

Mattress was good but not delivery
The mattress was comfortable and the delivery was on time but I was told they would bring the mattress up to my room. They left it in the front room and left without bringing it up and I was left to struggle to get it up the stairs by myself. This was ordered to a different city so I'm not sure if in Stockport they have this problem.
Edit: They were kind enough to offer me a partial refund and are now aware of this issue so it shouldn't happen again.
