The team at the shop could not have been nicer. They were knowledgeable, helpful, polite and friendly. The same can be said for the men who delivered the mattress. We couldn’t have wished for better service.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff, particularly Ian. Not too pushy. Used the machine to gauge the softness of the mattress. Good deal. Delivery was on time and the bed is great to sleep on.

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff. We're happy to treat us well given we were looking at the budget mattresses. The staff gave just enough information for us to make an informed choice without being pushy. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Friendly & Professional Staff
Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival, describing different aspects of the mattresses and bedframes, such as gel, memory foam and spring. Also used sleepmatch which helped simplify the process.

Susan welcomed us the moment we walked through the door in a non intrusive manner, introduced us to the sleep match machine and then showed us around the mattresses the machine recommended, answered all questions I put to her, was the most friendliest woman I’ve ever come across working in a shop, was very patient, understanding of our needs.

Happy with purchase
Happy with purchase. Was told that it could take up to six weeks to deliver but when I ordered it turned out there was no delay and the bed frame was delivered the following week. All good 👍
