Staff Great advice and service very friendly and helpful

Justin from Dreams Taunton is pretty flippin awesome.
He sorted out my mattress exchange and refund efficiently, painlessly, and far quicker than I thought possible in the modern world.

Sentry was delightful. She greeted us warmly upon entering store and was very helpful in measuring body weight to mattress and allowed a chance to try several mattress, without trying to influence sale. Coffee offered at the paperwork which was very welcome. A positive experience due to Semret professional and warm manner

Justin was brilliant from beginning till end.
He had an amazing communication skill with wonderful interpersonal relationship.
He has very good customer service skills, very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and experienced.
I will recommend him to all and will nominate him as the best if I am asked to

Ordered mattress for next day delivery on a Sunday,it was bank holiday weekend so knew it wouldn’t come next day but by the Thursday still no delivery,made a call and lady on phone was lovely and said she’d look into it and get back to me which she did.mattress I had paid for was out of stock so they gave me an upgrade for free which seemed excellent…the next day (Friday) mattress was delivered but since taking it out of bag and putting it on bed it absolutely stinks,a real musty damp smell it’s horrendous,I know they offer free return but then I will have no mattress and nowhere to sleep so I’m currently sleeping with all windows open …more of nightmares than dreams

I was so impressed with Dreams as soon as I walked in the store, so much choice to choose from. I was met by Justin, who was very friendly, but not pushy. He talked to me about what I wanted and showed me options, he was very knowledgeable about all the beds. I’m so happy with my lovely new bed. Thank you.

The sales staff's service has been excellent. We've been to the store three times to decide, and at no point did they pressure us; all three times they were very attentive. Special mention goes to the professionalism of Semret and Tricia (Dreams Taunton). We will return, but not too soon, because I hope the Tempur mattresses we bought will last us for years. Thank you.

From the moment we walked into the Taunton store, Debbie was friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. She wasn’t pushy like other sales assistants; instead, she was kind and genuinely attentive to our wants and needs, taking the time to listen carefully and answer all of our questions without rushing us.

What really stood out was how Debbie went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident in our decision. She took extra time to understand exactly what we were looking for, asked thoughtful questions about our sleep preferences, and guided us through options that truly suited our needs rather than simply trying to upsell. She also demonstrated the features of the Sleepmotion bed in detail and made sure we were comfortable trying everything out in-store.

Debbie was incredibly patient, allowing us the space to consider our options while still being available whenever we needed further advice. She explained everything clearly, including the differences between mattresses, ensuring we fully understood what we were investing in. Her honest and transparent approach made a big difference and built a lot of trust.

It was because of Debbie’s professionalism, care, and willingness to go the extra mile that we felt completely at ease making our purchase. We originally came in looking for a £300 mattress, but thanks to her guidance, we ended up investing in a bed with Sleepmotion and a Hyde & Sleep mattress. We’re really pleased with our choice and feel it was the right decision for our needs.

Overall, it was an excellent customer experience, and Debbie is a real credit to the store. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both her and the store to others.

Getting used to a firmer mattress takes time at least I'm not falling out of bed now

Justin and his team in Taunton were absolutely first class. A relaxed and informative introduction to Tempur beds and mattresses (with coffee!). The method of measuring for a suitable bed was interesting and surprisingly correct and ended up with an electric ottoman bed, 30cm mattress and side tables. Kept in the loop on progress of order which was prompt. Delivery and assembly was quick and efficient and the two lads were not only meticulous in their work but respectful and bang on time. A bit more spent than envisaged but the end result was well worth it.

We had such a great experience choosing our mattress, so helpful and their was no pressure put on us to buy a product. They had lots of knowledge about what product would be best for us and gave us great advise. Delivery was fast and the delivery men were great, very polite and carried the mattress upstairs and put it on the bed frame.
