Were were served by Philippa and Aaron at the Taunton store. Nothing was too much trouble and they were both very patient with us as we probably tried every mattress in the store before finding one we liked in conjunction with the bed we were buying. They offered us drinks and went above above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Philippa went through the paperwork thoroughly to make sure we understood everything fully.
Follow-up calls with both of them and then Tricia when we had to make some small amendments were excellent and again, nothing was too much trouble.
The delivery guys, Tom and Joe were also top class. They were very respectful of our property and made sure to explain fully all of the features of our bed + mattress and after sales service available to us, insisting that if there were any problems, no matter how small, to get in touch and all would be sorted.
We would highly recommend the Taunton store and staff to anybody thinking of buying a new bed or mattress. Many thanks to everybody involved.

Philipa was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the goods she is selling and offering a friendly service. Arun also was helpful when collecting my ottoman. Really pleased with all the purchased made as recommended by Philipa and the delivery men were also excellent. Aaron from the Taunton store was super helpful from when we walked in. We used the sleep match machine to help determine what mattresses to look at. Aaron offered us drinks and took around various mattresses and gave in-depth explanations for each one. Aaron gave us plenty of time to explore all the mattresses to narrow it down and didn't pressure us at all (good quality to have). After finally whittling down to mattress we wanted Aaron took us through all the paperwork seamlessly and clearly. Thoroughly recommend Aaron in the Taunton Store.....just be sure not to fall asleep on the mattress though as there is a 3hr limit on the carpark.

arrived on date arranged polite men carried it upstairs and set it up sadly our headboard will not fit this base which we thought it would hopefully we can get it sorted so it will chaps delivering very apologetic about this.

Can’t praise this Company enough all Staff members especially Pip spent so much time with my disabled Mother to make sure all her needs were met. We did not at any time feel we were a nuisance.

Very helpful staff, helped us find a mattress which was very comfortable (albeit more expensive than I was planning).

I do wish they had warned me the mattress would be much firmer than the one we tried in store though, until it's broken in. I had a shock when it arrived, I thought they'd sent me the wrong one!
