Excellent service. Well done!
We got great advice and service when we went to get a new mattress. After getting our results from the Sleep Match system, our choices were whittled down to three mattresses. We were given plenty of time to try all three out and when we made our decision, the rest of the process was handled quickly. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great customer service from visiting…
Great customer service from visiting the shop in Trowbridge, ringing them for advice and ordering (which I had to do online to use Amex). Delivery people were extremely helpful- messages and ringing on the day with expected time of arrival and then when they were on the way. Pleasant and respectful of our home and carefully brought down old sofa bed to recycle from difficult position in attic room.

Dreams offer a fantastic choice of beds and mattresses. We bought our previous mattress from them and were really impressed with the quality, and the highly experienced members of staff. The delivery was efficient, and the result, a really comfortable mattress giving the best nights sleep in ages.

Success, buying new mattress.
We called in to consider buying a new mattress and met your extremely helpful colleague,Max.
He checked us on the test mattress to decide on our needs. He then gave us a choice of 9/10 different
beds to try. He was excellent at giving us all the information and the time we needed to come to a decision. We then decided on a Tempura mattress, which adjusts to your body heat. It was delivered 2 weeks ago. The delivery men were extremely efficient and helpful, explaining how we should get the best out of it.
We are very happy customers and feel that we made the right choice. Valerie and Adrian
