Excellent service from the salesman at Dreams who advised us on the choice of bed and mattress. The bed was delivered just before Christmas on the specified date and time by two very friendly and cheerful delivery guys. The bed was carried all the way through the house to the bedroom. I was given full instructions concerning the mattress on how and when to turn it.

We received a happy and warm welcomed by Kioni at our local Truro branch. We were put at ease straight away. She was incredibly informative whilst still being warm and understanding of our needs and budget, it was appreciated she took note of every detail we had mentioned and in turn gave us the perfect package of bed base and mattress.
We couldn't be happier with the service she provided because it was fantastic customer service.

The delivery was fast and we were get updated throughout, the delivery gents were lovely also and respectful of our home.

All in all a fantastic service.

We purchased my sons mattress from here. A lovely gentleman helped us determine the firmness of the mattress using their in store high tec mattress with sensors to determine weight distribution & sleep position. Nothing was a problem and they weren’t pushy with selling. What we required was in stock which was ideal as we could take the mattress away with us the same day.

I am expecting to have contact from dreams regarding two marks on the mattress, these were noted and photographed by the delivery team who said he will report it and I should get a phone call from you. I have not heard from you now over a week. Also, I have not received my king size mattress protector.

Arrived on time. The men that delivered and put together the beds were very polite and careful.

Staff were extremely helpful, never rushing us letting us try several different mattresses.
Also, when the mattress was delivered the men were very careful and considerate. even covering their shoes.
They carried the old mattress carefully to their van

Appalling service from start to finish. We had to use their exchange service and due to the issues we had on delivery the Customer Service advisor said she would waive the £49 fee. They didnt, instead took it from the vouchers we were owed due the difference in mattress price.
Will not touch Dreams with a bargepole, unprofessional and disappointing service

Every effort was given over to assuring I had the best mattress for me. I was given a full explanation and understood the importance of having a good mattress.
The selection process was not hurried and thorough.

Helpful staff & a very good Sleepmatch system that enabled us to buy a mattress that seems to be very comfortable fit for our sleeping positions.

From start to finish this was a painless experience.

The young lady in your Truro store was extremely helpful, polite and personable. She guided us through the process of buying the Freya bed and cabinet and the service she gave was excellent!
